Card #5
Ole and Gene Anderson d Larry Hennig and Hacksaw Duggan- The Andersons tagged in and out quickly and efficiently. The were relentless in taking Larry Hennig apart. Ole won with the MOUNTED ARMBAR. Larry never tagged out during this match.
After the match, Bill Apter interviewed the Andersons in the ring.
Ole: “Y’know Mr. Apter, we’ve been all over this world showing people what we can do and I think this organization stole its name from us. We INVENTED Cutthroat! There’s nobody in this territory that can beat us. Not the Road Warriors. Not the Midnight Express. No One!”
The Mongols d Paul Orndorff and Blackjack Mulligan- The Mongols totally dominated this one. They kept Orndorff in the ring and wouldn’t let him get anywhere near his partner. Bepo had to use the MONGOLIAN DROP twice to keep Orndorff down, but he finally got him.
Lex Luger d The Great Muta- Luger dominated Muta from the opening bell. He controlled the match with a series of press slams and clotheslines until he hit the HUMAN TORTURE RACK.
Steve “Dr. Death” Williams vs Flash Morgan Webster- Before the match, Barry Windham comes to the ring to talk to Doc.
Windham: “Steve. I know you’ve had a lot of success everywhere else you’ve been, but you have no idea what you’re walking into here. The Horsemen have this place locked down. There’s nothing for you to do here. But I have a lot of respect for you, so I have an offer to make. I’d like to hire you to be the Horsemen’s bodyguard. Not that we can’t take care of ourselves, mind you, but this way you can hang around with us and feel like a big shot.”
Dr. Death responds by punching Windham in the face. He follows up the attack with a lariat and then starts stomping the Cutthroat Champion. The other Horsemen hit the ring and beat Doc into the mat. Flash Morgan Webster wins the match by forfeit and the Horsemen walk to the back smiling at the damage they’ve done.
The Superstar is still feeling cocky after the beatdown of Dr. Death. He’s strutting around the ring, not paying any attention to Venis until Val slams his head into the turnbuckle and throws him out of the ring. Superstar never really regains his balance and Venis hits THE MONEY SHOT twice for the win.
The Rock n Roll Express d PCO and The Mountie- Both teams hit their finishers in this one, with all four men taking lots of punishment. The Express hit 3 DOUBLE DROPKICKS on their opponents but PCO and The Mountie were able to prevent the pin after the first two.
Ricky Morton grabs the mic after the match. “You people know that we was robbed against Condrey and Eaton. We should be the Cutthroat Tag Team Champions and I demand a title shot!”
Commissioner Charlie Cox comes to the ring and tells Morton that if they can beat The Midnight Express next week, they can have their title shot at the King of the World PPV at the end of this month.
Yukon Eric d Bobo Brazil- This battle of big men was a brutally even match of strength. Yukon Eric had to use the KODIAK KRUNCH 3 times before he could secure the win.
Ed “Strangler” Lewis vs Barry Windham (Non Title Match)- Windham shows why he’s the Cutthroat Heavyweight Champion with an easy win over “The Strangler”
With the results of this card, the CWA has released the following 3 wrestler: The Great Muta, Blackjack Mulligan and Paul Orndorff

Val Venis d Flash Morgan Webster with the MONEY SHOT in under a minute.
Steve “Dr. Death” Williams d The Masked Superstar- Superstar locked in the COBRA HOLD as soon as the match started, but Doc managed to power out of it. That’s never been done before!! The two men battled it out trading body slams, punches and clotheslines until Williams hit the OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE. Barry Windham tried to interfere but Ed “Strangler” Lewis was ready and blocked him from getting to the ring!
The Road Warriors d The Steiner Brothers- This was an epic battle between two evenly matched teams. The Warriors finally pinned Rick with the DOOMSDAY DEVICE after Animal saved Hawk from being pinned.
Bobo Brazil d Ed “Strangler” Lewis- As soon as the bell rang, Brazil just started hitting Lewis with one COCO BUTT after another. After he connected with 3 in a row, Lewis was too disoriented to kick out.

The Midnight Express d The Rock n Roll Express- This match was over almost before it began. Condrey and Eaton tagged in and out and kept Gibson confused. Condrey connected the RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP for the quick win.

“Iron” Mike Dibiase d Lex Luger- Dibiase is making a habit of taking down much bigger opponents. This time he locked Luger in a sleeper and took down his muscular adversary.

The Masked Superstar vs Flash Morgan Webster- During this match, Bobo Brazil can be seen watching the action and he appears to be taking notes. Superstar wins the match with a SWINGING NECKBREAKER and then grabs the ringside mic.

Welcom to King of the World!!
The Mountie and PCO d The Steiners. The Canadians showed the quick tagging and great teamwork they’ve always been known for. And The Mountie’s SHOCK STICK didn’t hurt anything either.
Bobo Brazil takes the mic and states that he’s sick of The Horsemen thinking they can just do whatever they want. He wants everyone to know that if the Road Warriors or Doc need his help with them, he’ll be there.
The Vachons d The Andersons in a matter of seconds when Butcher hit Gene with the QUADRUPLE FOOT STOMP.
The Rock n Roll Express d The Mongols when Morton landed a CROSS BODY BLOCK on Geeto. The Express kept Geeto in their corner and confused for the entire match. Only a couple of Pin Saves from Bepo kept this match from ending sooner.
Mike Dibiase d Flash Morgan Webster in under 2 minutes with the Abdominal Stretch.
Bobo Brazil d Ed “Strangler” Lewis with the COCO BUTT in a very short match.
Bloodthirsty title match: Jim Londos d Val Venis. Venis attacked Londos before the bell and hit the MONEY SHOT early on, but Londos fought back through tremendous punishment (4 tokens) and won with a grinding arm bar.
The Road Warriors and Steve “Dr. Death” Williams d The Midnight Express and the Masked Superstar when Doc and Hawk hit the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on The Superstar. Up to that point, the Horsemen were dominating the match.
Cutthroat Heavyweight Championship: Barry Windham d Yukon Eric with the BLACKJACK CLAW. Eric started the match off strong and even hit the KODIAK KRUNCH at the beginning of the match, but in the end, the champion was just too much for him.
As a result of this card, The Steiners and Flash Morgan Webster have been released from Cutthroat Championship Wrestlings.
To replenish the ones that have left over the past month, the following wrestlers and teams will be making their debut.
The Vachons
Ares
Sting
Mikey Whipwreck
Jim Powers and Juan Francisco de Coronado
Kenny King and Jody Fleish
Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy
Also, Kevin Sullivan has announced his intention to come to Cutthroat Championship Wrestling as a manager. No word yet on who he will manage.

Card #9
Val Venis d Ares in 30 seconds with the MONEY SHOT
Val Venis grabs the mic and explains that he’s the hottest wrestler in CWA and he deserves another shot at Jim Londos and the Bloodthirsty title. Commissioner Cox comes out and tell Venis that if he can beat Londos in a non-title match next week, he can have another shot at the Passion War PPV
Before the next match, the Vachon Brothers introduce Kevin Sullivan as their new manager.
The Vachons d The Freebirds when Butcher hits THE HANGMAN on Hayes. Sullivan’s influence led to an even more aggressive attitude from the Vachons. They hit Hayes early and never let up.
Buddy Landel d Mikey Whipwreck with Chops to the Chest. Whipwreck was in control of much of the match, but Landel took the momentum and locked Mikey win the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Mikey was able to get to the ropes, but he had no strength left to stand. It was a simple matter to for Landel to knock the exhausted Mikey to the mat and get the win.
Sting d Mike Dibiase with the SCORPION DEATHLOCK in under a minute.
Before the next match starts, Masked Superstar takes the mic and offers his opponent, Ed “Strangler” Lewis a chance to forfeit so he doesn’t get hurt like all the others. Lewis responds by taking Superstar down with a foot sweep and taking over the beginning of the match.
Masked Superstar d Ed “Strangler” Lewis with a head butt, possibly with the mask loaded. Lewis started the match off on fire. He even got the STRANGLER’S HEADLOCK on Superstar, but they were too close to the ropes and had to break. Superstar locked in the COBRA HOLD, but Lewis was able to slip out of his grasp. Superstar finally hit the headbutt on an unsuspecting Lewis for the win.
Before the next match, Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy come out and demand a rematch with the Vachon’s next week. They claim that Butcher used illegal tactics to get the win on Hayes. Commissioner Cox grants the request. So next week is shaping up to be a great card, with Val Venis vs Jim Londos and the Freebirds vs the Vachons!
PCO and The Mountie d The Rock n Roll Express when PCO hit the PCO SAULT on Morton. Gibson was blocked from making the save by the Mountie.
Bobo Brazil d Yukon Eric with a bear hug after a hard-fought brawl. Eric took a lot of punishment before Brazil finally got the win.
Cutthroat Heavyweight Title Match: Steve “Dr. Death” Windham d Barry Windham with the Oklahoma Stampede. This match was hot from the very beginning. Doc went after Windham with a fury that hasn’t been seen here before.
The Horsemen tried to interfere, but the Road Warriors and Bobo Brazil headed them off.
STEVE WILLIAMS IS THE NEW CUTTHROAT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!

Card #10
The Young Bucks d Stars and Stripes in under two minutes when Matt Jackson hit the MELTZER DRIVER on The Patriot.
The Mongols d The Road Warriors when Bepo caught Animal with a thunderous powerslam coming off the turnbuckle. Animal took a pretty severe beating at the hands of the Mongols before they got the pin.
Barry Windham d Yukon Eric. Windham is obviously very angry after losing his Cutthroat championship to Steve Williams last week. He attacks Eric as the bell rings and doesn’t let up until he gets him in position for the SWEETWATER SUPERPLEX.
Bill Apter gets in the ring to interview Windham. He starts yelling about how the entire area is conspiring against him and the Horsemen. That even a hack like Apter has it out for him. Windham seems to be losing control as he starts to push Apter around the ring. Steve “Dr. Death” Williams runs down to ringside and Windham beats a hasty retreat.
“Iron” Mike Dibiase d Ed “Strangler” Lewis. It took hitting the TOP ROPE KNEE TO BACK twice, but Dibiase got the job done.
After the match, Mike Dibiase takes the mic and says that, since he just beat a former Cutthroat champion, that he deserves a title shot. Charlie Cox comes to ringside and states that Dibiase needs to get a few more big wins first.
Mark Haskins d Buddy Landel with THE SHARPSHOOTER in under two minutes.
During introductions, Sting takes the mic and blasts the Four Horsemen for thinking they can run roughshod over the entire CWA and he, for one, will make it his business to stop them. AS he’s talking, The Superstar sneaks up behind him and locks in the COBRA HOLD. Sting pushes Superstar back into the ropes and forces the break. The match continues as normal.
Sting d The Masked Superstar- The match went back and forth, Superstar got the Cobra again, but Sting actually managed to power out of it. Sting locked in the SCORPION DEATHLOCK and had the Superstar writhing in pain. As it looked like he was about the submit, the rest of the Horsemen hit the ring and destroyed Sting. By the time they left the ring, his facepaint was mixed with his own blood.
The Freebirds vs The Vachons- Before the match, Sullivan tries to hit Gordy with the Golden Spike. Both Freebirds blast Sullivan and send him flying over the top rope. It looks like he’ll be down for the duration of this match. The Vachons try to come to Sullivan’s aid but Hayes and Gordy dump Mad Dog out of the ring and go to work on Butcher. Butcher tried to tag out a few times but Mad Dog was laid out on the floor. Butcher put up an amazing fight before the Freeirds vicious teamwork finally put him down. Gordy finally pinned him with the PILEDRIVER after weakening him with the ORIENTAL SPIKE.
Non-Title Match- Bloodthirsty Heavyweight Champion Jim Londos d Val Venis with the MONEY SHOT.
