When Oracle accompanies his men to the ring, what would his distractor rating be? I'm thinking it's never as low as 5 as stated in the rules for regular accompaniment to ringside. I would think it would be an 8 (but not higher) for his charismatic personality. What do you all say? Thanks.

I would think 8 is fine.
