I actually wasn't familiar with Josh Briggs prior to the announcement. I had seen his name around plenty but for whatever reason just didn't take the time to learn more. Now that I have watched a few of his matches, I'm very excited to have him in the game. Great to see some bigger stature wrestlers on the indies and now in the game.

His match that he got injured in against ARFox from Evolve was really good.

To be honest I hadn't seen much of him before this year myself, but had heard the name and heard good things about him. But don't worry kids, we are just getting started with the reveals in this set! There are 3 names in particular that I think will get a big reaction, but all 6 remaining guys are top notch IMO.

I used to always get Briggs and Brody King mixed up. They were both big guys with long hair and beards and both started rising on the indies at the same time.

Funny you mention that, I initially got him confused with Josh Woods, another bearded & tattooed dude, though not nearly as tall.

I've been following a bit with Briggs in Evolve, so I look forward to seeing what his card will do in my indy shows.

I try not to over hype myself but my mind immediately goes to a couple of names that I would flip over but are both highly unlikely. Keeping expectations realistic as much as I can.

Not expecting Johnny “ “, Ole Mancer or Nick Gage, but anyone of them would pop me big time. I think most of those names would qualify for huge announcements as far as Indy wrestling goes. Tom Lawlor seems to be high coveted, and is one I want as well. Brian Pillman Jr. would be pretty big too. What do u guys think? All we can do for now is speculate. When’s the next teaser?

My guess for the big 3 are Pillman, Lawlor & Mancer. I don't care either way for Johnny Whatever but he's a big name & I know a lot of people want him. Gage is probably #1 on my personal list but I'm doubtful. For the other 3 I'll guess: Anthony Greene (him & Briggs are good friends and often travel together, so I'm hoping he signed the same time Briggs did), Cabana Man Dan & Marko Stunt

I agree that John Hennigan is unlikely, though I would fall down (in a good way) if he got announced. My #1 realistic hope is Tom Lawlor, as I have visions of a tag team with Andy Dalton dancing in my head.
I also have a strong feeling that Simon Gotch is signed, but I don’t know if he would make it into this set. Probably a lock if we do get Lawlor, though. I’d like to see a tag team announced, but I’m not sure who a likely announcement would be as far as that goes.
