Hi mate, iPad is my preferred way of playing. It has been fine for a long time until the recent issues. However my problem extends into computer browsers. Iβve tried IE11, edge, Firefox and also Mac OS safari. All the same result with not returning dice rolls. It must be server related as I get the same issue on cellular and although Iβm not at work past few days before when I had the issue a couple weeks ago i tested it on the work pc and it was the same there. Itβs getting very frustrating unfortunately as itβs the only way I can play the game. I have emailed the online crew about it again

EDIT. So I have a rubbish old amazon fire tablet and tried this!!! Dice rolls work on this. So I can play on this. Yay! But I think if things like iOS safari and IE11 are causing issues which are probably two of the most common browsers then something is up.

I have experienced this problem quite frequently from a variety of computers with different operating systems and while using different browsers... And I've encountered it while playing at a variety of locations...

I didnβt get a response from the tech side. Unfortunate this remains an issue (even after the transition to iOS 13). So far the only browsers Iβve managed to play the game with it returning dice rolls are Firefox (on Windows 10 latest version) and remarkably a silk browser on a cheap tortoise like Amazon Fire tablet

Pariah sighting. Yeah, I'm not sure we'll get any information until they give a state of online address unfortunately. it's one reason I've not purchased a couple of the sets recently. I'm waiting to see if they will fix the problems.

Although there have been times where the server has been down for maintenance or such, I have not had problems such as you are experiencing. I use Chrome, both on my laptop and on a Samsung tablet. I do agree that the online system needs an update/overhaul, however.

Just a quick note for everyone.... the Online team is aware of the issue that has been reported and we are investigating to determine what is causing the problem for some customers. I will make sure that a note is posted when we can isolate what is causing the problem (since not all users are experiencing the issue on similar platforms, this is not as easy as it may seem) and will let you know about a fix when we have that information.

Good news. We have finally been able to identify what we believe is causing the problem. I am hopeful that we will have a fix up this week. Again, I apologize to everyone who is been impacted by this issue.
