Good news. We have finally been able to identify what we believe is causing the problem. I am hopeful that we will have a fix up this week. Again, I apologize to everyone who is been impacted by this issue. Good to hear! Although it hasn't really been an issue for me, I'm quite sure that it was frustrating for those affected. |

As an update for those impacted by this issue... we believe that we have traced this issue down and now that 2111-12 has launched we will be working on a fix. We are also looking to upgrade our server to avoid problems like this going forward. It may make sense to upgrade the server and make the fix at the same time.
The server will be upgraded this month regardless. Look to see more on this in the days to come.

As a follow-up to this issue, it actually appears that the dice "not working" is not really the issue at all. It is working exceptionally slowly for some users, to the point of appearing not to work at all. The reason for this may be related to hardware/server configuration issues (and the way users individual devices are set up to interact with the server) that should be resolved by the planned server upgrade.
We are also in the final stages of evaluating our options and plan on having the migration done over the next couple of weeks. Expect to see more updates soon.

Sometimes it seems the server itself is hanging and I have to wait until it comes back up again. |

A quick update for Online users:
We are in the process of migrating to a new server this weekend and plan on beginning testing next week. Once we are comfortable with the testing of the new dedicated server, we will complete the migration by moving everyone's accounts over to the new server. This will obviously involve a short period of down time, but we will make sure to announce here beforehand so everyone is prepared.
