Ratings Question

I'm looking for a good, easy rating system for my NWA fed. I'm looking for something that gives more weight to quality wins. For example...if the number 100 ranked wrestler beats the #1 ranked wrestler, he should get more benefit than if #2 beat #1. But both should get more benefit than if #1 beats either one of them. I'd love to hear any ideas you guys have.
