I'm just curious how my fellow promoters do things. I'm sure you book your main event matches around whatever feuds you have going. But how do you book your undercard, for example. Do you have some kind of chart to determine who wrestles or do you just decide who you'd like to see wrestle and book it.
How do you know when a feud has run its course? Is it just until you get bored with it or is there some benchmark or goal that has to be achieved?
Sorry to ask so many question. I think I've finally figured out how I like to do it, and now I'm curious about everyone else.

I do not use or know of a chart to book the undercard. I use the wrestler cards who I enjoy using to fill out underneath. If someone is on winning streak or a good run they are getting a push but the opposite may warrant moving them into a team or giving them a rest to rebuild interest. There are guys like Steve Regal and Hacksaw Duggan who have dropped in and out of contention but seem to always have a spot on my lineups.
Feuds are a little different but if one person has a strong advantage, I may end the feud to give them both different opponents. There are times I will add tag partners for a match or two just to prolong a feud and move to a decent blow off match.
