It could be me,but I cant get the Battle of Centra sim to work. I did just get aCe all entertainment online package. Is there something else I need???

You're granted access to the 'Battle for Centra' simulator when you purchase the 'Battle for Centra' game pack.
The Play by Play Simulator (which you currently have access to) however, is much more in-depth.
