So are there 7 managers and 5 wrestlers? Or do some of the managers have wrestling stats? I can’t remember who had stats among them? Trainer Jim? Darkos? Royal Overlord? Seems so strange now, that thirty years ago, a set was made w only 5 usable cards and 7 postcards. Thank God everyone will have stats. I really can’t wait to use some of these guys. Bounty Hunter especially!

Trainer Jim, Royal Overlord and Reynard B. Guile all have wrestling stats.
It was a different game back then. I remember when Tom used to release SE/LE manager cards with blank backs and most of us still picked them up cause it's what we did.

I'd love to see them have a manager chart instead for the update. Did the other re-issue have stat changes at all?

I'd love to see them have a manager chart instead for the update. Did the other re-issue have stat changes at all? We adjust stats that do not meet current guidelines. For example both Norse Gods had several minor adjustments to make them match current guidelines. There are several cards like that but no major changes or upgrades/downgrades. New fans can expect playing cards for community favorites with stats that match the modern model. Life long fans can expect amazing new art and nostalgic stats sure to bring back stored memories waiting to be kicked up once again.

Cannot wait for this. Brings back the memories of 2089. I plan to utilise these in my current fed. Every now and then between my regular cards I'll play a card from the past and call it 'Fed Flashback'. As my current fed is only up to 2100 I have Johnny Rocket usually on the hosting duties with a guest (who had wrestled as a part of the card) to muse over the old matches. I make out the original card never made it to television so essentially the matches were all dark and not known (until now!) to be a part of fed history. Of course I never have any title matches on these cards as it could ruin continuity but it's a nice excuse to break out the old cards and revist old characters/feuds every now and then.
