I just got the paper everyone says to use (110lb) and I'm ready to start printing stuff. But I'm wondering if there's a way to print more than one card per page. Seems like a waste of paper (and money) to just print one per page.

Well that greatly depends on what your downloading and who made it.
The FG PDF files are a lot of times 2 to a page. And I've seen them set differently (which changes the flip on long/shirt edge).
I do one card at a time, one paper at a time, and flip it and print the 2nd side myself. Tedious but it bypasses many of the frustrations I've had
