And I got it Mister Ashby...made me smile a lil' (very lil'...bwahahaha! J/K) Happy Birthday buddy! I hope your family lets you cook them what ever you want for dinner tonight. ;D Thanks everybody! Have to say that this year so far just kicks ass so far... I decided to make dinner rather than go out this year...here is what I had for dinner TM... -Pan Roasted Chix breast; -Capalleni pasta with a mornay sauce...roasted red peppers, blanched asparagus, caramalized onions, and a few other tidbits (capers, garlic, shallots)...topped with asiago grated cheese and parsely. -French Baquet -Angel Food cake w/ strawberry coulis - Banana bread Galetto not too fancy but yummy nevertheless... A great birthday...a great meal... |
