Construction Zone: Sting (d) Kevin Sullivan via "One handed bulldog" Sting gets 211 pts. - BWM was hot as he took issue with Bobby Henan sicking the Great Muta on him the last couple months. "You got issues with me Daddy? well at LWF's Battleground: L.A. you and the pearl will have plenty more issues with me once I'm done with you and your family baby! " - The Nature Boy was in studio excited to be back on the west coast for some fun in the sun. But he was deadly serious when it came to the gold belt he holds so dear. If it's Sting or Kevin Sullivan I gotta' face at Battleground: LA at the Forum, it's going to be one heck of a battle I reassure you all here Woooooo!" - JJ was very impressed with Barry's win leading up to his bout versus the Dream at BG: LA next month. (Barry) So the American Dream is disappointed with me that I took sides with a winning team? Well frankly speaking I don't really care what Dusty thinks of me! I'm with the elite of pro wrestling now and Big Dust is jealous of the whole deal, cause he knows he can never be in our club hahaha" - In the main event via taped some time ago, Sting did battle with the devil himself, Kevin Sullivan somewhere in the heart of L.A. in a construction zone area! The fight was a gruesome one as it was back and forth with Sullivan nearly winning it if not for getting knocked out with one of Sting's one handed bulldog's on a steel beams! After retaining his number one contender's spot he cut a promo. However halfway through it he spotted a fellow in a green flannel shirt with glasses on working away with some coworkers around the site. " Hey! I think that's Roddy Piper!" Sting tried to wave him down to come over but Roddy dropped what he was doing and ran off to an alleyway. Sting gave chase but lost him in one of the street corners. What's up with the Hot Rod? THE WORLD TOUR ROLLS ON! UP NEXT: LWF BATTLEGROUND:L.A. |

Really enjoying what you've got going on here victoryroll84! Sounded like Abdullah came very close to dethroning The Nature Boy. Although I was glad Dusty picked up a victory, it sounded like he got the snot kicked out of him by the Horsemen. Will totally be pulling for The Son of The Plumber when he tangos with Windham. Hopefully The Dream will beat some sense into him lol. Very intriguing stuff going on with The Hot Rod. I have the feeling we are only scratching the surface with not only his exploits but also how he fits in with the larger issues that are lurking. That Battle Royal should be sick - not to mention the Year End Tournament! Well done. |

It was an extremely close bout between Flair and Abdullah, I was surprised on how well the butcher was doing versus Flair in the title match. You can't have the Horsemen and not have them beat up big Dust lol The Rowdy One and his program is the linch pin to this whole fed and I hope it'll be a big surprise and shocker moving this fed forward. BATTLEGROUND: L.A. YEAR 1 LWF WEST TERRITORY CARD # 33 (16/17) FROM: The Forum, Inglewood, California, USA " The LWF Consume! Sleep! leader and number one federation in the world today!" * The Great Muta w/ The Brain (d) BWM via " Spin Kick" Muta gets 212 pts. * Dusty Rhodes (d) Barry Windham w/ JJ Dillon via " Figure Four" Dusty gets 225 pts. * Main Event: (LWF World Champion) Ric Flair w/ JJ Dillon vs. Sting ends via no contest as a MASSIVE BRAWL ERRUPTS! - The combined force of the Great Muta and Bobby the Brain was too much for Big Jimmy as he made a valiant attempt but fell to the pearl of the orient. (Bobby): " You take a good hard look people, the strange and scary phenomenon that happened on Easter Island last night is nothing, compared to what The Great Muta will do in the LWF Grand Tournament in a short weeks time just you watch!" - The Dream took on the master of the claw hold, the match did not disappoint, Dusty came out the winner as he made a bloody Windham submit to his own teammates hold! after the fight, Dusty tried to make headway with his old friend however JJ wrangled up the kid and took him out of the Forum to a hail of boos from the crowd in attendance. - The main event was fifteen minutes of Sting battering Flair in the title bout, when suddenly fur strange men (and one woman) no one has seen before jumped the rail and attacked Sting and Flair! The LWF owner was with this group. Then from the opposite side of the forum Roddy Piper and four of his men raced in to help the Stinger and Nature Boy! A massive brawl erupted for a good twenty minutes, When Piper had one last trick up his sleeve! using his weird new watch, he pressed a button on it causing a white light to flash inside the forum! Seconds later the whole world saw the owners real face (Piper): " Brother, I've been sayin' it all along....THEY LIVE!...again!" NEXT UP: THE AFTERMATH & LWF FINAL STANDINGS FOR THE LWF GRAND TOURNAMENT! STAY TUNED  |

LWF GRAND TOURNAMENT YEAR 1 FROM: Chicago * (TOURNAMENT FINALS): Magnum TA (d) Dusty Rhodes via "Belly to Belly Suplex" * (WORLD CHAMP) Ric Flair w/ JJ Dillon (d) Bruiser Brody via DQ * Main Event: Roddy Piper, Andre the Giant, DDP, & British Bulldog vs. "Army of They" w/? ends via time limit. - In the finals of the grand tournament saw friends Magnum and Dusty go at it. They put their friendship to the side and had a great bout that saw TA win the match! Magnum was awarded his Championship ring as the fans cheered on. TA was a little hesitant receiving the ring however the LWF Championship Committee turned out to be all humans as Roddy came out and checked them over with his black shades. - In a special Title attraction, The Nature Boy clashed with Bruiser Brody! Kevin Sullivan ran out and started to clobber Flair resulting in a DQ win for Ric. Bruiser had no clue why Kevin would interfere in his match, Which angered the big man pummeling Sullivan till he retreated to the back. Sullivan is crazy but he was correct in knowing the darkness was here in the LWF. - In the main event, an 8 man tag team match was scheduled that saw Piper, Andre, a new man called DDP, and Davey Boy Smith take on the Army of They! Consisting of the leader of the group a large Mastodon, a man and his valet clad in gold the woman smoking a plump long cigar, A large fellow with black hat, suspenders and shades and finally another big man called himself Warlord! They were accompanied by the LWF Alien Owner to the ring. The match was a brawl and ended after the timelimit draw occurred though all teams just kept brawling anyways. this war is far from over!! NEXT UP! YEAR 2!! |

LWF NEWS REPORT YEAR 2 - The LWF Owner has signed his new group "The Army of They" to a luxurious deal, now apart of the LWF the following personnel. Big Van Vader, Mr. Heughs, Goldust & Marlena, The Warlord. To counter this the LWF Championship Committee has signed Davey Boy Smith, DDP, Andre the Giant. upon the request of Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper and other heroes the world's military will let them handle these invaders for now. - The Genius hails his triumphant entry into the LWF! (signing to a lengthy deal with the LWF this past off season). Rumors swirl that Poffo will join up in the LWF North territory as he plans and schemes for the upcoming year. What shenanigans will he be up to? - The LWF will hold two inaugural title tournaments shortly to crown brand new LWF Intercontinental and LWF World TV title belt Champions respectively! The LWF Owner has said the IC title will be defended in the North and East territories and the LWF World TV Title will be defended in the South and West territories. Good luck to all entrees! INAUGURAL LWF INTERCONTIENTAL TITLE TOURNAMENT YEAR 2 CARD #35 FROM: Brazil * Davey Boy Smith (d) Barry Horowitz via "Running Power Slam" Davey gets 202 pts. * Big Van Vader (d) Ron Royal via " Vader Bomb" Vader gets 212 pts. * (Inagural IC Title Tournament): Lex Luger w/ JJ Dillon (d) DDP via "Power Slam" Luger gets 230 pts. - To kick off the tournament card newest signee the British Bulldog took out the crafty Barry Horowitz in a good solid match. Afterwards the Bulldog could not wait to get his hands on one of the Army of They's member. But which one will the LWF Owner let loose on the Bulldog? - The scary and mountain of a man named Vader destroyed his terrified opponent in a quick destructive match. After Big Van Vader said he is here to dethrone the world champion! "I want your so called world champ! I'll bring the pain game you just bring MY new shiny gold belt Flair!!!" - In the finals of the inaugural LWF Intercontinental title tournament, Lex Luger defeated Diamond Dallas Page (with help from JJ) to become the first ever IC Champion! The fans and even the officials felt DDP was robbed after winning much of the match however he didn't let it get him down too much. " Cause the next time I see Luger, buddy your gonna' feel the BANG!" NEXT UP THE INAUGURAL LWF WORLD TELEVISION TITLE TOURNAMENT! |
