Hi Slymm! I really enjoyed your Greatest Starcade Ever Event! I also very much liked you posting your result with the original result of the real world event! Very nice touch Here's hoping will see a part two in the future if possible! Seconded! I’d love to see promoters do more of these type of cards. Great idea and very nostalgic. I'm officially Tripling the motion!! Great stuff on all levels my man!

So with 3 days off from work for the holiday and I decided to run another tournament. This one using the new Legends guys including the Tag Team 4-Pack. A couple b&w cards were also used to supplement the show. Here we go!
IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE A LEGENDS TOURNAMENT
The event began with a video package hyping the show and focusing on the 8 participants in tonight's tournament… Gary Michael Cappetta dressed in a black and white tuxedo welcomed the fans to the Orlando Arena in Orlando, FL and handled the ring introductions for the opening match.
1. First Round: Davey Boy Smith (3) defeated Fit Finlay (2) (w/Hornswoggle) in a great opener. Hornswoggle was taunting Davey Boy outside the ring, but when Finlay tried to attack, he back body dropped him on the floor! A RUNNING POWERSLAM followed and got the British Bulldog the win. Note - Finlay's card is TOUGH
Mean Gene Okerlund tried to get a word with Mr. Hughes backstage about his match, but wasn't able to get a peep out of him. He just stood there, wearing sunglasses, his arms crossed and a mean scowl while saying zilch before walking away.
2. First Round: D'Lo Brown (2) defeated Mr. Hughes (2) by count out in another good match, albeit shorter. D'Lo took a beating but sidestepped Hughes on the floor and the big bodyguard rammed himself into the ring steps and couldn't make it back into the ring in time.
Hughes, upset with the decision slid back into the ring and drilled D'Lo with a SPIKE SLAM before putting his hat and shades back on and leaving the ring.
3. First Round: The Patriot (2) defeated Val Venis (3) in a nice back and forth match, finishing him with a second UNCLE SLAM. Venis tried unsuccessfully to unmask Patriot during the bout after not being able to put him away with the MONEY SHOT. Sherri who came down to ringside to watch the match did not look very impressed with Venis.
Jim Cornette gave Cappetta the next match off and handled the ring introduction for Vader himself.
4. First Round: Big Van Vader (1) (w/Jim Cornette) defeated Hugh Morrus (4) in a hard hitting affair. The laughing ended as soon as the bell rang and Morrus knocked Vader out of the ring which popped the crowd. Vader came back however and pummeled Morrus but couldn't keep him down until he caught a cross body attempt and drilled him to the mat with a power body slam for the win. Note: Thought he had Vader early on, and if that 3 roll would have been snake eyes I would've called it a night.
Before Capetta could resume his duties and introduce the Tag Team Title match, Jacques Rougeau took the mic and said the Mounties always get their man, and they always keep the tag team titles!
5. World Tag Title: New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn [1] & Jesse James [2]) defeated The Quebecers (c) (Jacques Rougeau [2] & Pierre Carl Ouelette [2]) to win the straps when Gunn pinned Rougeau with the FAMOUSER. The Outlaws drilled Ouelette With a spike piledriver earlier in the match, but the Mounties responded with underhanded tactics and hit their Bombe de Rougeau on Roaddog for a near fall. During a 4-man melee after a pin save late in the bout, Gunn caught Rougeau with his finisher to give the Outlaws the gold.
An ad aired for "The Greatest Starrcade Ever II", coming soon...maybe.
Disco music hit the loud speakers and Disco lights flashed through the arena as Disco Inferno danced his way to the ring. Despite most fans heckling him, he thanked them all for coming out to see him dance which drew even more boos. GM Teddy Long came out and said since Disco was already in the ring, playa, he was scheduling a match RIGHT NOW... and his opponent... Konnan!
6. Konnan (0) easily defeated Disco Inferno (0) with the 187. Disco tried running away but Konnan wasn't having it and made the Disco Dancing Machine pay for turning on him a few weeks ago on national TV.
Immediately after the bell however, Curt Hennig, Rick Rude & Virgil in street clothes ambushed Konnan. Along with Ted DiBiase, they put a beat down on the Mexican superstar before spray painting MDC on his chest and stuffing a $100 bill in his mouth.
The announcers talked about the humiliating attack by DiBiase and his gang on Konnan and speculate the meaning behind MDC.
7. Semifinal: Davey Boy Smith (0) defeated D'Lo Brown (2) with the RUNNING POWER SLAM. Brown, still feeling the effects of that Spike Slam from Mr. Hughes earlier on put up a valiant effort but didn't have much of a chance.
Cappetta handed Cornette the microphone once again so he could handle the big man's ring introduction.
8. Semifinal: Big Van Vader (3) defeated The Patriot (5) in the match of the night thus far. Patriot had the monster from the Rocky Mountains reeling after he missed a MOONSAULT he but couldn't keep him down. After a series of slams and suplexes wore the masked man down, it was a third VADER BOMB that ended it and set up the final between Vader and the Bulldog.
2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Bagwell were interviewed backstage by Mean Gene about their debut match against the rough and rugged Texas Hangmen.
9. 2 Cold Scorpio [2] & Marcus Bagwell [2] defeated the Texas Hangmen (Killer [0] & Psycho [2]). A sneak attack during Capetta's ring intros backfired on Psycho as he posted himself outside of the ring. Terrific back and forth action saw the crowd fully behind the high flying new team, and Bagwell ended up pinning Psycho with the YELLOW JACKET SUPLEX to pick up the victory.
The announcers make their picks for the tournament final... backstage shots of both Vader (with Cornette) and Smith were shown as they headed toward the ring.
10. Final: Big Van Vader (3) (w/Jim Cornette) defeated Davey Boy Smith (0) to win the tournament. Senior official Morgan Dollar was assigned the match and nearly tossed Cornette from ringside after the loudmouthed manager disrupted a pin attempt after Bulldog sent Vader crashing to the mat with a huge superplex that shook the ring. Vader brawled his way back into the match and dropped the Bulldog with a devastating RELEASED POWER BOMB for the 1-2-3.
The announcers exclaimed "IT'S TIME, IT'S TIME, IT'S VADER TIME!" as Cornette pointed at Vader with his tennis racket as the Mastodon stood on the second turnbuckle raising the huge trophy to end the show.
Thanks for reading, Merry Christmas

First off, hope everyone is well. Yesterday I decided to do something a little different. I did some research to find results of events that were held on Easter Day throughout the years. I then made a list of all the plausible matchups and selected 15 of those to create a PPV I dubbed EASTER FRENZY. Held in 3 different locations, there will 5 bouts per card. I'll be using official, unofficial, color & b/w cards. Here's a preview...
Easter Frenzy (1/3) The Sportatorium - Dallas, TX Sid Vicious vs. The Undertaker World Tag Team Championship; Handicap Match: (ch)The Midnight Express (Eaton/Condrey) & Jim Cornette vs. The Rock 'N' Roll Express Lex Luger vs Hacksaw Duggan Rob Van Dam vs Charlie Haas Billy Robinson will be in action
Easter Frenzy (2/3) The Omni - Atlanta, GA United States Championship; Lumberjack Match: (ch)Magnum T.A. vs. Nikita Koloff Chris Jericho and Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe Jesse Ventura vs. Tony Atlas Bandido vs. PJ Black Jake Roberts vs. S.D. Jones

Few days late posting this but here we go...
EASTER FRENZY (Card 1 of 3) The Sportatorium - Dallas, TX
A video package opened the show hyping Easter Frenzy - 3 events! 3 cities! 3 titles on the line!
1. Billy Robinson defeated Joe Guzman with a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER in 2:36.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan was interviewed backstage by Marc Lowrance and he said Lex Luger was "all sizzle and no steak, tough guy!"
2. Rob Van Dam defeated Charlie Haas after the FIVE-STAR FROG SPLASH in 4:21.
Jim Cornette along with his Midnight Express were interviewed by Lowrance backstage who asked the manager about having to don the tights tonight for his team's title defense against the Rock 'N' Roll Express. Cornette said Ricky and Robert are too stupid to know when to quit and it'll be a pleasure to put another beating on them like they did in Norfolk.
3. Lex Luger defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan with the TORTURE RACK in 12:00.
The commentary team ran down the lineups for the Atlanta and Philadelphia shows.
4. World Tag Team Championship - Handicap Match: Champions The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey) & Jim Cornette defeated The Rock 'N' Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) when Cornette pinned Gibson after whacking him with his TENNIS RACKET in 16:46. The Midnights retain the titles once again in controversial fashion.
A video package set up the Undertaker-Sid Vicious main event.
5. The Undertaker defeated Sid Vicious with the TOMBSTONE in 14:15. The arena went dark as lighting bolts shot across the Sportatorium and the Dead Man's music hit to close the show.
EASTER FRENZY (Card 2 of 3) The Omni - Atlanta, GA
Jake "the Snake" Roberts cut a promo backstage calmly addressing S.D. Jones. He said Jones would be introduced to Damien tonight.
1. Jake Roberts defeated S.D. Jones with the DDT in 3:13. Afterwards sure enough, Roberts unleashed Damien who slithered all over the helpless Jones to the shock of fans.
Chris Jericho and Seth Rollins were interviewed backstage by Tony Schiavone who asked if they would be on the same page tonight against Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe. Jericho said as long as Seth does his part they'll have no problem taking care of those "two fat stupid idiots". Rollins reminded Jericho he wasn't the one who lost to Owens last week, and not to worry about him. Rollins then tauntingly added, "because I'm the best..at..what...I.." Jericho cut him off while slowly raising his clipboard with pen in hand, "don't you say it Seth, don't say it!".. Rollins just smirked and walked away leaving Jericho flustered and asking Schiavone, "did he say it? did he say it?!"
2. PJ Black defeated Bandido with a springboard moonsault at 14:29 in n exciting back and forth match.
A video package recapped the "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas and Jesse "The Body" Ventura feud, including Ventura's attack on Atlas during a nationally televised posedown.
3. Tony Atlas defeated Jesse Ventura after a PRESS SLAM AND SPLASH in 10:58. Ventura, upset with what he felt was a fast count, attacked Atlas as he was leaving the ring. Ventura wrapped his boa around Atlas' neck and hung him over the top rope until help arrived. This feud is hotter than ever.
The commentary team ran down the lineup for the Philadelphia show and hyped the huge World Title match between champion, "Macho Man" Randy Savage and #1 contender, The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels.
4. Chris Jericho & Seth Rollins defeated Kevin Owens & Samoa Joe when Jericho put away Owens with the WALLS OF JERICHO in 16:58. Neither team worked well together and bickered amongst themselves throughout. But Joe took it a step further when he blatantly refused to save Owens at the end of the match and just walked away as his partner was forced to tap out.
An extended video package recapped the Magnum T.A. and Nikita Koloff blood feud, ending with clips of Schiavone speaking to each wrestler about the importance of the match, what the U.S. title means to them, and their hatred for one another.
5. U.S. Championship - Lumberjack Match: Magnum T.A. defeated Nikita Koloff with the BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX in 15:34 to retain the title. The end saw Nikita nearly decapitate Magnum with the RUSSIAN SICKLE but the champion managed to get his foot on the bottom rope. The frustrated Russian grabbed his steel chain and wrapped it around his fist, readying to hit Magnum with it. But the Junkyard Dog (one of the tough lumberjacks assigned to the match by Teddy Long) ripped the chain away and blasted Koloff with it. A stunned Nikita turned around right into Magnum's finisher to end the match. Magnum celebrated with the other fan favorite lumberjacks to close the show.
EASTER FRENZY (Card 3 of 3) The Spectrum - Philadelphia, PA
A video package recapped the first two shows.
1. John Tolos defeated Kenny Jay after the FLYING KNEE DROP in 3:02.
The commentary team discussed an injury Jumpin' Jim Brunzell appeared to have suffered during a recent match and wondered aloud who B. Brian Blair may have found to be his tag team partner. Moments later, Gary Michael Cappetta introduces Blair's partner as none other than former World Tag Team champion, the ever popular Tony Garea.
2. The Hart Foundation (w/Jimmy Hart) defeated B. Brian Blair and Tony Garea (subbing for Jim Brunzell) when Bret pinned Blair following the HART ATTACK in 7:09. Note - Garea and Blair, despite the loss, were pleased with their effort and later decided to form a regular tag team called... wait for it... the Killer BeeGees!. Lol
An overly cocky Shawn Michaels w/Sensational Sherri was interviewed backstage by Mean Gene Okerlund about challenging Randy Savage later tonight for the World Title. He said he's walking out the champion because the Heartbreak Kid lays down for absolutely nobody...except for Sherri, who gives him a peck on the cheek. Okerlund said, "you've got to be kidding me."
3. Davey Boy Smith[/b] defeated Mike Rotunda with two RUNNING POWERSLAMS in 4:40.
A video package recapped the David Von Erich and Gino Hernandez rivalry.
4. David Von Erich pinned Gino Hernandez with the IRON CLAW in 5:20. Chris Adams and Iceman PArsons attacked David after the bell. Gino joined in until Kerry and Kevin Von Erich ran out and cleared the ring. Kerry challenged the "assholes" to a 6-man tag RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW! The heels scoffed at the challenge and walked away but Commissioner Teddy Long appeared, blocking their exit saying, "now hold up playas...". 'Long' story short, Teddy booked the match and said since they were in Philly, he was making it EXTREME. The fans roared as the three heels lost their sh!t and the Texas boys attacked with a barrage of fisticuffs to begin the impromptu match.
5. Hardcore Match: Kerry, Kevin & David Von Erich defeated Gino Hernandez, Chris Adams and Iceman Parsons when Kevin pinned Adams with a FLYING BODY PRESS in 11:17. This was an out of control brawl from the jump. Chairs, leather straps, a microphone cord and any other plunder at the wrestlers disposal were utilized in this match.
A video package set up the World Title match
Okerlund interviewed Randy Savage w/Elizabeth backstage and was asked about his title defense just moments from now against Shawn Michaels. Savage said he sees heartbreak in Michael's future because "the Macho Man is leaving Easter Frenzy the same way he arrived at Easter Frenzy...and that's as champion, ooooh yeah.. dig it!"
6. World Heavyweight Championship: Randy Savage (w/Elizabeth) defeated Shawn Michaels (w/Sensational Sherri) with the FLYING ELBOW SMASH in 24:29. The crowd erupted when in the end, Elizabeth physically got involved and prevented Sherri from interfering to save Michaels. Pomp and Circumstance hit the loud speakers as Savage lifted Liz on his shoulder and raised his title belt high to end the show.
