I know I am looking to go more midwest next year, be it Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, etc. I think Tom wants West Coast, but that would seriously limit the numbers. LOL

East Coast, be it PA, NJ, NY or CT would be great for Mike and I but I know our Midwest contingent is hoping for something away from the coast if possible.

well, in July in New York City, Major League Wrestling has their Never Say Never show at the Melrose Ballroom with a preshow meet and greet (however I think access to the meet and greet depends on what ticket you buy.) Jacob Fatu, the Von Erichs, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Brian Pillman Jr., Tom Lawlor, Low Ki, Mance Warner, The Dynasty, and Injustice are all listed for the show.

But I think it might be the wrong weekend for Galacticon as Galacticon is usually the weekend after July 4th and this MLW show is July 16th.

Buffalo would be great.
ESW runs a bunch of shows through the summer and ROH and WWE come through here quite a bit.
Toronto and the falls are close if anyone wants to sight see.
Jamestown would also be great.
Chicago would be cool if it was the weekend of the Pitchfork Music Festival, as I could do both and justify the trip to the Mrs.. Also, Lou Malnatti’s is the Bomb!

Yes it is!

When I went to Chicago last year, I ate pizza at both Lou Malnatti's and also at Pequod's, a sandwich at Ricobene's, and a hot dog at Portillo's. Chicago has incredible food!

When I got to Chicago in February for Major League Wrestling, I am definitely eating pizza for one of my meals.

In many years in the past AIW in Cleveland did their biggest event of the year, Absolution, the same weekend in July as GalactiCon. Last year their show schedule was off a month because of adding the Mania-weekend show. So I don't know if it will be July or August this year since they'll be in Tampa in April but Cleveland would be nice.

Chicago has so much wrestling there's bound to be a Freelance, AAW, Warrior Wrestling or even Black Label isn't far away.
