Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this should be my fourth visit to GCON! My youngest son, Marcus, is excited to go to his second...he was ecstatic last time as he qualified for the Cup after Swarm and @kevinb won their matches for him to squeeze in! He took a shine to those two and discussed his thoughts about the Gladiators...and if I recall correctly became an honorary member of the 'inner circle'...  Excited to go this year as it is only about 7 hours away and I couldn't ask for it to get any closer. cman... Justin Case... poke... Avarice coming this year? |

Got some stuff planned already though things will be subject to change. Since work wants to be messy this year and not let me have my days off I'm glad it's a one day con that's close. Looking forward to meeting new people and seeing familiar faces as always. Let's hope Steel makes it as we need someone to blame for whatever goes wrong.

Impressive looking line up, especially excited to see wrestling on Friday night. Great work Team GCON!
I had an incredible time in Chicago many years ago when we toured w the Midwest w CHIKARA. Hope I can make it! Really stunk missing last summer. Can’t miss the BIG one!

I am retiring from the Air Force and the dates are lining up really close for my last day in the office and GCon2020. Might be an out and back Friday - Sunday, but might also be some leisure time depending on how everything lines up...but as of today, I am planning on being in Chicago one way or another!

I cant promise anything because during the summer it is next to impossible to get time off work for anything, but I will see what I can do. I would love to hit up Chicago for my first Con.

I remember that...a hush fell over the Sheldon House after I bid $110 and I think Troy was actually sweating thinking about that high of a bid!  That picture is framed and over my gaming table in our extra room sir and I don't plan on taking it anywhere. I wonder what TM is bringing this year...hopefully the Blazing Skull picture we were eying last time we were there! I really appreciated you guys taking Marcus under your wing and he still talks about it to this day! |
