Nice. Till the shows are presented by It's Complicated Smokes I will keep following. Mornin on_the_edge! Lol. I hear ya. Little by little I'm trying to have all of the participants personalities / oddities and character leak out. With the breaking of the code, dominoes have started to fall and they will keep falling in perpetuity. Some have different ways of coping. In the case of Mesmer, he likes smoking to take the edge off. Actagon takes the edge off by completely overthinking it and always staying sharp, Proteus by indulging his instincts and Omega has been strangling the edge lately. More to follow amigo as this all hopefully gets edgier and edgier lol! Nice pun. Well played. |

The Estorians - Tantalis & Parsec defeated The Flying Titans - Pit Viper & Pulsar via Submission. Viper submitted to a debilitating version of Parsecs ESTORIAN LOCK...as Tantalis Hip Rolled An Advancing Pulsar Through The Ropes at the 12:00 minute mark...
▪ Both teams had their strategies going into this one...but The Flying Titans executed it better...The Titans isolated Parsec in the ring and tried to wear him down...because one on one he was too strong...forcing Parsec to tag out...like a well oiled machine...The Titans now had Tantalis in trouble until he made by far the hottest tag of the match...when Parsec reentered the bout he had gotten his second wind...and got it done with his second straight execution of his ESTORIAN LOCK...
2. The Greek Gods - Actagon & Proteus vs The Neptunian Space Croppers - Renegade & Beast Rider:
The Greek Gods - Actagon & Proteus defeated The Neptunian Space Croppers - Renegade & Beast Rider via Pinfall. Proteus pinned Renegade with a Highlight Reel Flying Elbow Drop...as Actagon executed his Clothesline on Rider at the 15:00 minute mark...
▪ A spectacular effort on both sides in this contest...Actagon was in a different zone here...looking indestructible at times...Renegade and Beast Rider really needed to pull out all the stops including strategic timing and two pin saves to stay in the bout...even though The Greeks controlled a little more than half the offense...this one could really have gone either way...at the end of the match...Beast Rider almost set loose the red wolf tied up at ringside...as both of The Greeks quickly approached a blood soaked Renegade lying in the middle of the ring...but actually...The Greeks helped him up to his feet...for a handshake from Actagon and a fistbump from Proteus...in respect for his very tenacious effort...
3. The Henchmen - Comrade Terror & The Executioner vs The Federation Defense Fighters - Star Warrior & Massif:
The Federation Defense Fighters - Star Warrior & Massif defeated The Henchmen - Comrade Terror & The Executioner via Pinfall. Warrior pinned Terror with an absolute flurry of Boxing Jabs...as Massif grabbed the onrushing Executioner and threw him well over the ropes and back first onto the arena floor at the 30:00 minute mark...
▪ When it came to the superior tag skills...that award went hands down to The Henchmen...tag work mixed with a match saving interference from The Executioner on Star Warrior after he had executed his NOVA LAUNCH finisher after being perched high on top of Massifs shoulders...but as the match went on...it was all Star Warrior...who succeeded in isolating Comrade Terror inside the ring and slowly with great prejudice...and painfully...put him away...
4. The Animal Pack - Screw & Wolf vs The Gladiators of Aethra - Brute & Massacre:
The Gladiators of Aethra - Brute & Massacre defeated The Animal Pack - Screw & Wolf via Disqualification. Screw was disqualified for relentlessly Hammer Fisting Massacre Outside The Ring...as Brute trapped Wolf in a Powerfull Bear Hug to prevent him from getting involved at the 1:30 minute mark...
▪ The Aethran crowd was twice as loud for this bout by far...hardly any actual wrestling occurred within this one...it was just a psychological game that took it's toll on Screw...Once Massacre saw that Screw had him toe to toe...then he started to get inside Screws head bigtime..."For a prisioner you're not much of a wrestler"...and "Wasn't it a shame about what happened to Wolfs half breed mother...easy come...easy go"...during a prolonged post match brawl that saw Not only The Aethran Minister of War Thakur The Oppressor and Spike enter...but Battering Ram and Invincible Badger...the animosity only grew...it took two dozen members of security to settle things down between these two sides...especially after most heard a positively monstrous howl somewhere from in the upper deck...Screw and Wolf especially took note of this with understanding glances...in the upper reaches of the stadium...Mesmer heard it too and suddenly found himself quickly needing a cigarette...

(We see a darkened corner booth...within a bar inside The Aethran War Dome called The Wallbanger...seated at the booth is Morpheus...The Galaxian Federation Commissioner...drinking a bottle of the popular Aethran lager Oblivion...and approaching the booth is Omega of Cetus...The Galaxian Federation Champion...)
(A waitress comes and asks Omega what will he have...Omega also orders a bottle of Oblivion...then Morpheus and Omega sat...and stared at each other for quite some time...before one of them started to speak...)
Morpheus - Look...I know what you're going to say...
Omega of Cetus - No you don't...
Morpheus - The fed is worth twenty times as much now...it made too much sense...and trust me...Cosmos couldn't take it...anymore...
Omega of Cetus - I'm not the only one...that you...and Cosmos...owes an apology to...
Morpheus - In time...you will understand why he did it...and why I...backed him...
Omega of Cetus - So...I take it that...the owners vote came down to...
Morpheus - Mimics vote...right...
Omega of Cetus - Congratulations...both of you broke the balance amongst the owners...as well...
Morpheus - They were already broken...
Omega of Cetus - You're both into breaking things...like father...like son...
Morpheus (points at Omega as he speaks) - You promised me...that you would let me...tell him...

Morpheus (with obvious irritation he gets up and starts to leave) - So...I've got some news for you...I'm gunning for your title...and when it comes to apologies...I wouldn't hold my breath...
Omega of Cetus - And I've...got news for you...you and I...are done...
(Out of nowhere...a figure dressed all in black...wearing a black mask...spears Morpheus...lifting him completely off of his feet and back first into a mirrored wall - shattering it...the figure in black then immediately piledrove Morpheus into unconsciousness...as Omega quickly approached this masked man to say something...a dozen of the toughest bouncers you've ever seen...attacked not only the masked man...but Omega as well...)
(What then ensued was a 5 minute...full on barroom brawl...which ended with the Aethran bouncers throwing first the Masked Man...and then Omega through a large window out into the corridor in front of the bar...)
Head Aethran Bouncer (to both The Masked Man and Omega as they lay sprawled out on their backs in front of the bar) - We're The Ones...Who Starts The Shit Here!...
Masked Man (turning his head towards Omega after about a minute or so lying on the floor) - Hey...Ma said...she wants us...to bring home...a few bottles of that Aethran whiskey...
Omega of Cetus (while still steadily staring up at the ceiling) - I'll take care of it...

Montrol (to Jack Hood...trying very hard...to not be intimidated by the being to his right) - I'm not sure...don't get me wrong...I agree with both of you...it's just...
Count Necros (to Montrol) - If the overall vote...is of any perilous concern my friend...I could accompany you...I can be suprisingly...persuasive...
Jack Hood (To Montrol while pointing at Count Necros) - You really need...to listen to what he's saying...

The Greek Gods - Actagon & Proteus defeated The Estorians - Tantalis & Parsec via Pinfall. Actagon pinned Parsec after he inadvertently collided with the turnbuckle...as Proteus kept Tantalis in a Side Headlock to prevent him from getting involved at the 30:00 minute mark...
▪ The largely Aethran crowd suprised many in attendance by giving all four of the competitors a small partial standing ovation...it was that valiant, tough and dynamic an effort on both sides of this match...both teams tag skills and successful pinsaves were works of art...the big difference here was that ultimately The Greek Gods just outsmarted the Estorians...as well as in particular a herculean but eventially delerious effort by Parsec...This match has been selected as a runner in the tag match of the year contest...
6. The Federation Defense Fighters - Star Warrior & Massif vs The Gladiators of Aethra - Brute & Massacre:
The Gladiators of Aethra - Brute & Massacre defeated The Federation Defense Fighters - Star Warrior & Massif via Pinfall. Massacre pinned Warrior after a crowd deafening and arena shaking delayed version of his Massacre Slam...as Brute Shoulder Blocked Massif Out Of The Ring that took two of the ropes with them at the 9:00 minute mark...
▪ The largely Aethran crowd was 110% behind Brute and Massacre in this contest and unlike the Federation Defense Fighters previous opponents...Brute and Massacre could most certainly go toe to toe with either one of them and the Gladiators had vastly superior tag skills and strategies...from their front row seats...Thakur The Oppressor and his man Spike clapped and grunted the ancient Aethran war grunt...while elsewhere...two others looked on...with more concern than they would ever admit...and started to make their way through the crowd from the back...towards ringside...for the next and championship match...

▪ The collision between not only these two teams physical presences...but tag strategies and skills was quite a sight to behold...pin saves on both sides and at one point...all four wrestlers brawled within the same ring...but with the hometown croud behind them...Brute and Massacre mounted a comeback and then just couldn't be stopped...
▪ Joining in on the in-ring celebration of Brute and Massacre...as they held up Their Galaxian Tag Team Championship Belts high over their heads...were The Aethran Minister of War Thakur The Oppressor and their comrade Spike...who all four of them after a while...decided to have an additional crowd pleasing post match celebratory beat down of The Greek Gods...but then...the most extraordinary thing occurred...
▪ Coming to The Greek Gods rescue...to everyone's suprise (especially The Greeks) was Lightning and Man Mountain...The Norse Gods...eventually the 36 security guards...who had descended upon the ring were able to restore order...

The We're The Ones segment was amazing. Well done. Mornin on_the_edgeStoked that you enjoyed it. I wanted a moment to really reveal the dynamic between Omega and Morpheus - but also wanted to show that along within the large categories of heroes and villians, the lines are starting to blur. I guess its like a formation of a tweener category as a result of Thantos breaking the code. Some are now rebelling against being labeled by someone else / rage against the situation. More to follow hopefully. Next up is the latest installment of Screwjob, along with the upcoming card schedule. Can't thank you enough for being in the seats for this my friend! |

(A Galaxian Federation special update...slowly coming into focus...we see a darkened office...and an extremely large...powerful looking man...Screw...is seated behind a large jet black desk...
His chair is swiveled to his left...and the three guest chairs are occupied by Incredible Badger...Battering Ram...and Mesmer...and all three were swiveled towards their right...so all are facing the darkest corner of this office set...
Within this darkest corner...sat a rather large humanoid being...it sat silently and cautiously...aside from it's large shape...its only other perceptible feature was its two grey eyes that...rather than shined...glowed in the darkness...)
Screw (who along with the rest of his crew...look literally as if they were in a tough fight against something...says to Mesmer...out of the side of his mouth) - So are you sure that...spell of yours...will keep him calm?...
Mesmer (exhales mightily) - No...not really...
Incredible Badger - Oye...
Battering Ram (with an eye swolen shut) - No sweat...we got this...first time was a piece of cake...
(Incredible Badger turns his head towards Battering Ram...and looks incredulously at him)
Screw (to the being in the Dark Corner) - Thank you for being here...my friend...I'll cut right to the chase...why exactly...are you here?...
Dark Corner - To see my son...and to show him where his mother's grave is...
Screw - Well...we can help with that...(Screw makes eye contact with his camera man Mayham...and mouthes the name Wolf to him...Mayham locks the camera in place so they don't loose the shot and leaves the set for a moment) - I'm just gonna swing for the fences here...can you tell us something...anything...that we...don't know?...
Dark Corner - Another reason I am here is because...they are coming...and I must protect my son...
Screw - Who...who are coming?...
Dark Corner - They are known...by many names throughout the universe... shtriga...chupacabra...draconians...the revenants...but many also refer to them as...the vampir...
Incredible Badger (turns towards Mesmer and motions towards his lit cigarette) - Can I have one of those?
Mesmer (hands him one with his lighter) - Be my guest...
Screw - How many?
Dark Corner - At least one...but whenever there's suddenly one...then more...soon appear...
(The door opens to Screw's office...it's a fairly emotional Wolf...filled with a combination of fear...anger and sadness...that for the most part he hides...at least he thinks he does...he is soon followed by Mayham)
Screw (to Dark Corner) If there's ever been anything...that you ever wanted to say my friend...now is the time...
(Wolf approaches Wolv...who at first was resigned to stay in his dark corner...but now he doesn't care...they both stand toe to toe as in a stare down...Wolv is a little taller and a little broader...but a lot greyer...even whitish here and there...)
Wolf - Where the hell...have you been?...
Wolv - Waiting for you to emerge on your own...
Wolf (virtually howling) - WHY DID YOU KILL MY MOTHER!!...
Wolv - She had been poisoned...and was slowly dying...she wanted to die...but on her terms...not theirs...she was the one who wanted me to do it...she was suffering...
Wolf - Why did they...do that to her?
Wolv - Because she was very tough...and spoke her mind...in a society that didn't condone that...not to mention bringing in a half Aethran half Andromedan child into the universe...I made sure you were safe...and ended...your mother suffering...
Wolf (now with somewhat extended claws) - Who ordered her execution?...
Wolv - I killed him...
Wolf - Who?...
Screw (interrupting) - Now we're going to fade to black for station identification...(Mayham shuts the camera off just in time)...
Wolv - The Aethran Minister of War...the one before Thakur...named Dirge The Decapitator...I ripped his throat apart...in the middle of the night...and showed him a picture of your (now getting emotional)...beautiful mother...as he bled out...
Screw (takes a swig whiskey straight from the bottle) - I'm gonna keep...drinking to that...
(Wolf gives Wolv a big embrace...and Wolv returns it...they both want to say something...but then realize they don't have too)...
Mesmer (to Screw) - You know...having Wolv on our roster would make a lot of us...feel a whole lot more safe...
Screw - Great minds think alike Mesmie...We've gotta get you signed Wolv...this has to happen...
Wolf - We could tag together too...
Wolv (after some thought...he places his hand on Wolf's shoulder) - I'm in...
Incredible Badger (looking nervously outside the lone window) - Ok...I see at least a division of Aethran soldiers rapidly heading towards the War Dome...
Screw (tells Mayham to turn the camera back on) - Welcome back universe...it seems as though The Aethrans have the wrong idea about us...or may have misconstrued something that they think they somehow may have heard...on our bonafide family friendly show...Goodnight Universe...
(As the camera shuts off...and the division of Aethran soldiers now start to enter the War Dome...and Incredible Badger has just spotted a bug that he surmised that The Aethrans must have planted on one of the whiskey bottles in order to listen in to everything...he shows it to Screw...)
Screw - Quick...the my booze...except that one...we gotta get the hell outta here...
