Server migration?

Just got an odd message when rolling out a match that took me back to the login screen saying COTGOnline was currently undergoing server migration. I was under the impression this was already done. Mike M is this anything to be worried about?

Sorry for the confusion. Our firewall got a little overzealous but we got everything straightened out as quickly as possible.

At about 8.55 pm GMT the cotg game table stopped responding to me. I tried to load cotgonline.com on numerous devices and it doesn’t load. If I come off my home WiFi and use cellular it does load ok. So basically the cotg server is ignoring / blacklisting my IP. This is a historic issue that used to be a risk in the early hours 5-6 am GMT if I played. I think the server may do some kind of reset at set times and if I am unlucky to be playing when it happens it will freeze me out for about 24 hours. I suspect it’s happened here. Maybe the firewall needs to be flushed/being over zealous ? Can this be looked at?

EDIT now page load but when I login it says ACCESS DENIED SUCURI WEBSITE FIREWALL. So it’s the firewall doing this to me

EDIT 2 it’s been working ok today (Sunday 2 Feb) so hopefully it was a temp glitch in the matrix but will keep an eye on it

Sorry to post again. But being blocked again! Was playing about a match about 5.45 am (UK Time) this morning just before leaving for work and the game table stops responding. It’s now 7.40 pm and the site is not responding to me at all. Seeing as when I left the house on cellular I could get into the site it is clearly the firewall blocking me out. I strongly suspect it’s something linked to be online at the wrong time causing this. Sometimes it clears itself within minutes and other times it will keep my IP locked out for about 24 hours. My prediction is by around 5.30 am/6 am tomorrow I will be able to get back in. I really think this does need to be looked at. It was a problem before the server switch but it seems to be worse now

Maybe the solution is stop playing at these times but I get very few opportunities to play and a few minutes before work is sometimes all
I can spare. I really hope this can be looked at.

Have you reported this to the [e-mail] email? You should get a faster response there than on the board.

wayne did you ever get a resolution for this? I get the Sucuri firewall thing too sometimes when the webpage gets slow loading. These days I sometimes get it even while I'm in the Game Table (the buttons sometimes stop responding)

Not really. It happens far less to me nowadays. But it does still pop up time to time. Normally when it occurs if I leave it for an hour it fixes itself. But I remember it happening in the past where i had to sometimes wait 24 hours.

I notice that most of the time when it happens to me, I have just deleted a segment from a show record and I was reloading to check out the other matches on it...
