 'BACHELORETTE'S' TYLER GWOZDZ DEAD AT 29 AFTER POSSIBLE OD 'Bachelorette' contestant Tyler Gwozdz -- who competed for Hannah Brown -- was hospitalized for at least a week following a suspected overdose ... TMZ has learned. According to Boca Raton PD, officers and paramedics rushed to a home on Monday, January 13 ... responding to a 911 call for a possible drug overdose. They ended up transporting Tyler to a hospital where he was admitted to the ICU. It's unclear what exactly led to the suspected OD, but according to the 911 call -- which we heard -- a woman told dispatchers it might've been heroin. The caller was frantically trying to get into a bathroom where Tyler had locked himself. Eventually, she did break through and turned him on his back before an ambulance arrived. Tyler was briefly featured during season 15, but was mysteriously sent home after 3 weeks on the show and a one-on-one date with Hannah. His removal was never explained -- all Hannah had to say was Tyler "had to leave." Tyler's 'Bachelorette' profile says he was a sales manager when he was cast and he aspired to be a psychologist. The 29-year-old described himself as an entrepreneur who'd launched a dream therapy analysis biz. |

 Detroit Tigers PA announcer Jay Allen dies after cancer battle He was 60 years old. 2019 was his first year as PA announcer for the Tigers, and the Grand Rapids native commuted back-and-forth from the west side of the state to Detroit for each Tigers home game. Previously, he was the PA announcer for the West Michigan Whitecaps. |

 DEATH & CYNIC METAL DRUMMER SEAN REINERT DEAD AT 48 Pioneering heavy metal drummer Sean Reinert has died ... TMZ has confirmed. Blabbermouth first reported the the news that the musician was found unresponsive Friday in his Southern California home. No other details about his death have been released. The guy is credited for helping pave the way for the niche rock genre, as he was a founding member of the '90s band Cynic as well as a brief member of Death. He played drums on their revolutionary record, "Human," in 1991 ... a major factor in defining modern metal. "Human" has been ranked as one of the most influential guitar albums of all time. It has sold hundreds of thousands of units since its original release date. Some of Sean's other acclaimed works -- besides his contributions on "Human," of course -- include his part in the awe-inspiring Cynic album, "Focus," which got released in 1993. The band broke up for a while after that but got back together in the 2000s for more music. In the late '90s, Sean and other members of Death formed a new alternative band called AEon Spoke, which put out two albums. He eventually left his longtime band, Cynic, in 2015. |

HE Was 25 A non-league footballer has died in hospital after suffering a late night assault. Jordan Sinnott, who was on loan at Matlock Town from Alfreton Town, was found unconscious with a suspected fractured skull at about 2am on Saturday morning in Retford, Nottinghamshire. Officers initially responded to reports of up to eight men and women being involved in a disturbance in the Dominie Cross pub car park in Grove Street shortly after 11.25pm on Friday. Sinnott was taken to hospital where he tragically passed away on Saturday evening. |

BIG ONE  Kobe Bryant dies in helicopter crash, TMZ reports Kobe Bryant died Sunday in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California, TMZ reports. Bryant was reportedly in his private helicopter with three other people when it crashed. Emergency personnel responded when a fire broke out. No one on board the helicopter survived, according to TMZ Sports. TMZ says that Vanessa Bryant was not onboard HE WAS 41 |

wow, just 1 day after LeBron James of the Lakers passed Kobe for #3 on the all time scoring list
living in Las Vegas, I watched alot of Lakers games as they and the Clippers have been the two teams on local TV
