People who hide behind the keyboard and say things they’d never say face to face to someone are garbage. So disgusting something like this happened.

A YOUNG ONE Standout Stardom joshi wrestler Hana Kimura passed away today at the young age at 22 by suicide after being constantly bullied online. linkHer Mother Kyoko Kimura also wrestles The second generation wrestler was the daughter of Kyoko Kimura. After leaving Wrestle-1, Kimura returned to Stardom and became the leader of a faction called Tokyo Cyber Squad. She’s a two-time Artist of Stardom Champion and a one-time Goddess of Stardom Champion. Kimura joined the Netflix Japan reality show “Terrace House” late last year. This one hurt. She was, by all accounts, a really good person and she had a ton of potential. Everyone who flooded her mentions telling her to die is a piece of shit.

What's worse is they probably don't even think about how what they say might affect someone. I was bullied quite a bit as a youngster and it still affects me to this day. RIP.

So heartbreaking. I literally just watched a match of hers in Stardom earlier this week. I had no idea about this reality show she was on or the cruel messages she was receiving due to it. People suck (not all, of course, but you know what I mean) and this whole thing is just so sad. TTX I know what you mean about the bullying. I went through it myself when I was younger but of course there was no social media back then.

So insanely sad. I went on Twitter earlier and so many touching stories and outlooks on cyber bullying and things fans say to them. So very sad.

So sad... I hadn't heard of Hana until seeing her on Terrace House. My wife and I watch together. We aren't up to date on it but, from what we've seen so far, have no clue why she would be bullied (other than people just being complete jerks). She seemed really sweet.

This was extremely upsetting news. I saw Hana Kimura wrestle here in Las Vegas a couple of years ago at ROH against Sumie Sakai and it is hard to believe she is now dead and frustrating to hear about the manner of her death.

People who hide behind the keyboard and say things they’d never say face to face to someone are garbage. So disgusting something like this happened. This is one of my defining philosophies. Everybody is so much tougher and smarter and cooler when there's a monitor between them and the person they're talking trash at. The doctor who runs my Emotional REgulation Group has told me multiple times that the less time I spend online (especially on social media) to limit the things that depress or stress me out.
