Not sensing variety at all. I’ve heard of 2 girls in this set. I bought it like I buy everything on the site, but to me, this is easily the worst color set ever! Thank God for Moolah & Candi Divine. Hopefully the last one will be someone who was born after 1960 and has at least one grainy “carny” match that we can watch on YouTube. Could we not have included one more wrestler from a more recent era (meaning last 40 years). I know everyone on here thinks that they are huge fans of people they’ve never seen wrestle (or did once), but some of us like people we know. I suppose this is a good heads up for the next women’s set. #RoaringTwenties

With the exception of Ida Mae Martinez (who had a previous card) and I think Toni Rose, every single woman announced in this set has wrestled past 1980 (within your parameter of 40 years). The modern day women get plenty of representation with the Indy sets and SHIMMER sets. This game represents all eras of wrestling, Just because I’ve never seen Frank Gotch wrestle doesn’t make his inclusion any less valid or important. This set has wrestlers from the 50’s to the 80’s, that is a pretty good variety if you ask me.

I like the set line up, I like a little bit of everything in a set. I'll find a place for all these ladies though dont really have a ladies tag division ...

Yeah, the official LOW tag team scene for women is thin (unless you include some from the SHIMMER sets, bootlegs etc). But I plan on using Shade & Rose as a tag team/gatekeepers for Moolah. Green & Grable could be a Texas team. Of course there are the Glamour Girls, and Princess Victoria held tag title gold in her career. And if you are using all the LOW colored women cards, a tag title could give some women(even makeshift teams) something else to fight for in a fed instead of just “waiting for their turn” at the champion.

Someone from the era of Jazz, Trish, Nora, T.Moretti would be nice. Even later 80’s and up. I know we can’t get the WWE girls that are there now and the Shimmer sets & Indy PP are great for getting out the modern girls on the Indy scene out. I just can’t imagine someone outside of this community ever looking at this set and saying “I Gotta Have This!!!” Should’ve waited for one more stand-out star that we wouldn’t have to google. Not sure why this got pushed ahead of a WWF set. W everyone signed that’s available and new guys, it’s just baffling.

There is a much smaller group of the attitude era/90s wrestler that aren’t signed than there are before that period.

It's simple why there isn't a WWF set yet...no major signing. While there are clearly people who will buy a color set even if it's all reruns there are also plenty of people who will say I'm good....I already have all these guys in black and white, why buy them again if there's no one new (or is new but a low carder).
On the other hand this set is giving us plenty of new people to enjoy. No, they didn't manage to land someone from the Trish era (that's not a lot of women and some of them.....well that was the model era anyways) but I think it's a good set and am looking forward to it.

I think it's very apparent that the name Moolah pushed this set to the front of the list. It's completely fine for you to not be a fan of this grouping though. I get it. Part of the reason I am impressed with this lineup is that it has included so many unexpected names. I expected to get more '80s-'90s wrestlers, which I would have been totally fine with, but love to be surprised. I feel like the older generations are probably getting harder to sign since they don't make as many appearances and, sad as it may be, they won't be around and able to be signed forever. In the future Victoria/Tara and Mickie James would be my top hopes, though obviously Mickie James won't be even be remotely possible until she's done with WWE.

I agree that many weren’t good in the Trish era and a lot aren’t signed. But Don Muraco, Bob Orton and others of the like would be nice. Very little WWE representation. And right now I’d rather have SD Jones and Hillbilly Jim than Sue Storm and Holly Green. W Women officially released and Phantasyfans never ending great supply of female grapplers, I have more “Legendary” women than WWF guys. We don’t need Hulk Hogan to sell a WWE set.
