I like the idea of a best of the world set! That sounds awesome! Kind of a catch-all for the international signings we have.
That said, I kinda expect that a Best of Tag Teams will be the next indy "best of" set.
I'd also love to see a best of indy legends type of set at some point for indy wrestlers who are no longer wrestling.

Is it ,correct that quite a few of the Guys in the Best of Mexico Set have relatives,that also are Wrestlers? yes, some of them do Rey Horus (I think) is the cousin of Rey Mysterio Jr. Someone though told me they are not related, but I also keep hearing that they are. Daga is engaged to Tessa Blanchard Pirata Morgan and Rey Bucanero are related and have other family members who are wrestlers. Flamita has alot of family members who are wrestlers and I think his father and grandfather are probably the most notable among them. I think both the wife and brother of Demus are wrestlers. Laredo Kid has family who are wrestlers too including I believe brothers and an uncle. Although he was not part of this set, Sam Adonis who was released in Promoter Prime along with this set (and because he sort of fit the theme of this set) is the brother of the WWE's Corey Graves. I could be mistaken on some of that though and there could be others too. I get a lot of information about that from Wrestlingdata.com By Name Demus Wife is maybe from Japan. I always wonder if the signed Wrestlers do not talk about their Card with their families.Good way to get more Wrestlers in? |

Cards showed and man are they super sweet! Going to get them brought into my feds as soon as I can. These Best Of sets are phenomenal! Keep up the wicked work and big thank you to all involved. You truly spoil up with these releases and rosters.

EL MAVERICK, Daga's current finisher, is an example of a butterfly codebreaker and is the move on the video below that Daga used to recently defeat Chris Bey. A butterfly codebreaker is where you butterfly hook your opponents arms as if going for a butterfly suplex but, after you lift the opponent, you drop them down onto your knees like a codebreaker. For some reason the Impact announcers on the video here called it a pedigree but Don West and Josh Matthews are not very good at calling moves. |

So Best of Mexico has come in hot!
-Pirata Morgan, Rey Bucanero as Los Piratas debuted strong in my Maple Leaf Legends of Wrestling fed as the bested Steve Regal and Kenny Jay.
-Rey Horus and Flamita debuted as Bandito's six man tag partners after The Kingdom attempted to surround and lay a beat down on Bandito after he defeated Matt Taven in my ROH Canada fed.
-Mil Muertes has been resurrected by Catrina (Karlee Perez) and the other Disciples of Death, Marty "The Moth" Martinez (who now wears face paint that resembles the marking on the death's head hawk moth) and Demus in ROH Canada.
-Daga took Konnan's place in LAX as Konnan left to team with Disco Inferno in Maple Leaf Legends of Wrestling after Disco helped him out after he was attacked by the Briscoes. Disco needed a favour to make a splash in the tag team division in Toronto. Konnan was asked by Disco to put on something before their first match and out came Konnan in his classic Lucha gear. Disco and Konnan has a successful first match and looked towards the future. Konnan was resistant at first but warmed up to the idea of wearing his old gear. Konnan looks to return to LAX once his time with Disco is done.
-Laredo Kid has yet to make a debut but he was approached by Tiger Mask backstage at ROH Canada LIVE who said it would be an honour to face him in the ring for his debut. Sammy Guevara would push past Tiger Mask and insist that his first match be with him for old times sake as they have a history. Kid walks away saying he needs to think about it.

Thanks Vegas. It worked perfectly for what I wanted to have happen. I had Marty put the make up on as part of his baptism and then Demus appeared with the stone and gave it to Catrina telling her it was time. They then made their journey towards the ancient temple where Mil was resting. The stone would bring Mil back to life and Catrina would tell her friend it was time to make the wrestlers and the fans remember what fear is again.
Will be interesting how this all pans out.
