I don't get this Nintendo case thing. How many cards are you fitting in there?
I keep my sets chronologically in binders with 8x11 sheet protectors (they have 2 pockets on front and back).

I wish they were a little smaller and fit in the 4x6 binder pages.

Being new (coming up on 2 years), I've often felt like I spend an equal amount of time sitting around looking at/being overwhelmed by all my cards, and that horrible nagging desire to somehow use them all.
I have tons of time to play as I work by myself on overnights and am free to bring whatever I want. So like an idiot I would haul my entire collection back and forth in ziplock bags into a giant duffle bag.
I've only recently came to my senses and assembled a kit not unlike Swarm mentioned with my current project and charts. That's helped me stay on task more appropriately.

Put them into A6 plastic folders - so I don't spill more coffee on them . Keep each federation (GWF , Legends , Chikara etc) separate in old used biscuit tin boxes we got for Christmas .

I can usually get a couple years worth of sets in one. I think I have a dozen of these cases and they fit all the sets I currently have. The cases are for the original NES cartridges the big blocks so I can fit a lot of cards in there.

I put my cards in hard plastic sleeves and then I separate by banner they were created under: All ROH together & All LOW together. Each set is then separated into singles/tag stacks. I have all my female cards in a separate stack and all my "special attraction" cards in a small stack. I have these small wooden...farm crates...almost like what you'd see milk delivered in years ago..but made of wood with sections to each and that's where my cards go.

I ended up getting the toploaders and separated them by company and set. I pulled all the women and random stuff too. Haha I just want to say I went from 30 cards to around 150. I'll have one more big buy before the new stuff starts.
