During the show So Cal Val interviewed:
-Wendi Ricther. Wendi issues a challenge to Judy Martin for next week.
-Randy Savage. Savage is irate and states that if Jim Brunzell returns he will inflict further damage to is injured throat and Brunzell will be silenced forever. GM Teddy Long appears and tells Randy Savage he has been suspended until further notice due to what he did to Brunzell. Savage doesn't take the news well and thrashes the backstage area.

-Jimmy Snuka visits GM Teddy Long in his office. He tells Long that he wants a rematch with Prime Heavyweight Champion the Million Dollar Man. Snuka states he had the Million Dollar Man beat before Mr Hughes appeared. Long states that next week he has a big announcement concerning the Prime Heavyweight Championship and the upcoming supercard Prime Day Bash!

So Cal Val catches up with Magnum TA & Jimmy Snuka. Val asks Magnum why he got involved in the match. Magnum said hes tired of seeing Million Dollar Man get involved. Suddenly Million Dollar Man & Mr Hughes show up. Million Dollar Man tells Magnum to stay out of his business or else. Magnum says or else what and with that Hughes steps in front of Magnum. GM Long shows up and defuses the situation. He announces next week Magnum TA will face Mr Hughes for the opportunity to be in the Reach for the Sky match

Match Notes: Riddle makes his presence felt but Richter was prepared for it and overcomes the odds to pick up the win

Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated Nikolai Volkoff with a FLYING SPEAR at 21:12
Match Notes: Duggan overpowers Volkoff in this physical match. Koloff interfered but just like last week it wasn't enough for the win. After the bell Boris Zhukov runs to the ring and joins Koloff and Volkoff to triple team Duggan. The Patriot runs to the ring to attempt to make the save but the numbers prove to be too much for Duggan and Patriot and they are left beaten
