I thought the eagle split was a stomp to the crotch, with the opponent on his back and spread eagle. The move Bret Hart would do a lot.

Wasn't there a link page that has a ton of videos of wrestling moves? I remember using that when the GWFZ let us make characters back on the day. Might have been an old LWPD link page, if it's still around that was mighty helpful to me once upon a time.

Is there such a move that is a combination torture rack into a Canadian neckbreaker> Or a torture rack airplane spin combo?

The name of this thread is the reason why my indy sets sit in my wardrobe never seeing light of day. Bring them up here. Maybe this can become a go to for moves we don't know. All the wrestling knowledge on this board someone is bound to know. That would be awesome to have an ultimate move description list but who has the time and commitment to do it?
