I've watched countless hours early 80s wrestling and I give up.
What is a mule kick? What is a double knee lift?

A mule kick is a kick at your opponent when your back is to them. It's about waist level, since you're standing and not jumping. Tito Santana would do it sometimes when facing the turnbuckle.
I think a double knee lift is meant to be jumping up with both knees to the face. Or it could mean two knee lifts in succession.

every time I hear mule kick, I always think Hillbilly Jim. Or Cousin Luke. Wasn’t that his dreadful finisher?

he used a Samoan Drop at least on his card. I've never watched enough of his matches to be sure of a finisher.

The name of this thread is the reason why my indy sets sit in my wardrobe never seeing light of day.

The name of this thread is the reason why my indy sets sit in my wardrobe never seeing light of day. Bring them up here. Maybe this can become a go to for moves we don't know. All the wrestling knowledge on this board someone is bound to know.

A master list of moves especially for the indy guys is a good idea. I'll shoot TM a message and he can discuss it with the others.

It only appears on a handful of COTG cards, but one I remember from the old IWA Play-by-Mail game's movelist: what in the world is an "eagle split"?
I've also never understood the description for Jervis Cottonbelly's LAST CALL FOR CRUDENESS--"a running senton bulldog with a cravat." Zuh? The only thing that comes to mind is that old SuperNova spot where he'd give one guy a Stunner while legdropping somebody else (and occasionally DDT'ing a third guy), but that doesn't work for a singles move.
