No, Tom will have him have the exact same card even though he's got a different ID  Sometimes, guys have more than one card fairly quickly (aka Hector or Probation) it's just how it goes depending on the story. |

Don’t make the stupid card if it had to be re-done a year later. 3 Guardians. Dude has 12 months to write up a 2 paragraph story about a character and instead of making new ones, (which is only like 7 a year after the re-makes), just does guys over n over. Story reasons are BS too. The story is fine, but I’m sure we could find better SCi-fi authors if that’s what we wanted. #IsaacAsimov |

If he charge $500, plus Darryl Banks fee for art, Werners fee for color Filsinger Games would have to increase the prices on each set. Plus, I dont see Tom getting anyone else to do the writing unless he is unable to because of real world commitments. |

I was joking. I was saying it doesn’t take a world class author to write a two paragraph story for a character each year. Tom is fine w the story, just remakes of new guys is so pointless. I play for the cards not the story, as I use my own stories. Cards don’t have to be remade so often to better a 2 paragraph story.

I dont really mind quick updates when they're planned in advance and the story fits like Evolution and the build up to Hector. But I feel your pain with The Guardian. It felt uncertain, unnecessary and then he just went away. Creative works always have hits and misses though. You gotta take the good with the bad and hope the good outweighs the bad.
On another note, does this tie up the storyline that Black Death started or is there nothing left to tie up?

Evolutions first card could have been scrapped and one or two more sentences could’ve been written about his weaker past. Glad he got updated, because the 1st one sucked, but was always a waste of a spot. W all the good characters Mike had added, it’s a shame to waste a card spot on a remake a year later that looks almost identical to the previous card.

I'm currently working on a Hector cosplay(pretty easy if you think about it), so I'd LOVE a new Hector card. Even just as a manager since, if he was in fact blown up, it'll be pretty hard to wrestle.
