So ok, done promotions before that just fell off due me not letting rosters stand. So, hopefully this clicks for me. Roster size of 30. 15 faces, 15 heels along with managers and management types and women wrestlers. To get my 30 wrestlers, I made it a point to take from the starter set, expansions 1 thru 5, CAC sets, special edition/limited edition cards and promoter prime cards.
Starter set--Bruiser Brody, Bobo Brazil, Buddy Rogers and Gorgeous George with Cherie Dupre Expansion 1--Bobby Eaton, Dennis Condrey, Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson Expansion 2--Tully Blanchard, Magnum T.A., Barry Windham. Expansion 3--Butcher Vachon, Mad Dog Vachon, Red Bastien, Billy Lyons Expansion 4--Abdullah The Butcher Expansion 5--Mr. Hughes, Big Van Vader, Davey Boy Smith Special Edition cards--Johnny Mantell, Jacques Rougeau, Pierre Carl Oullette CAC sets--Scott Casey Promoter Prime 2018--Jerry Lynn, Johnny Saint, Joe Blanchard and Adrian Street Promoter Prime 2019--Tiger Conway Sr., Tiger Conway Jr., Del Wilkes Managers--Jim Cornette, JJ Dillon Management--Teddy Long

I think of this like a. Ladder concept. One Champion and below 3 or 4 Contenders.Next step the secondary Champion and the Contenders.Plus some enhancement Talents and some Guys to bring. In..Would be a Roster of about twenty for Singles.Ok,i plan in to have some of the Tagteam Wrestlers to also compete for Single Titles)

In Top Notch Wrestling there is a card every week and every month there are 5 weeks <in my idea that is>. First 8 single wrestlers to get 5 wins will enter the Top Notch Wrestling Heavyweight single elimination tournament. First one to 5 wins will be the #1 seed, second one to 5 wins will be the #2 seed, etc. There is no televised programs or pay-per-view events. Everything is done off camera, reported by fans like they did in the old PWI magazine with the results reported. At least that I recall.
Tag-team tournament will follow the singles tournament in due time and have the seeds be done the same way. Not sure yet if 5 wins will be the magic number yet or not.
Will likely have a secondary title, and a "cruiserweight/jr. heavyweight/lightweight title" as well.
Once the women's division opens up a bit more will crown a champion there too.
Next post will be the results of the first five cards, which was done days ago.
Thanks for reading.

5 wins could probably take quite some time.If that is a must for each, then it could take even longer. But that is just guessing

walkswithwolf makes a good point about the five wins. You can always have your top guys face a couple of lower mid card competitors to build them up. 30 is the size of roster I use for my Maple Leaf Wrestling territory (not including the ladies). It is just large enough to keep things interesting and small enough to manage effectively.
