Ultimate X is coming back and qualifying starts next week. That means this weekend at the shows I am going to. SWEET!!! I hope at least one wrestler is someone new from the indies. The wedding almost went off without a hitch. At least they got married before Matt Cardona went all wedding crasher on us. How sweet was it that PCO gave Steph his grandmother's ring? I mean, ok, MAYBE he should have removed it from her finger BEFORE the ceremony instead of pulling out the whole finger and removing the ring during the ceremony. Just a small thing. The way he did things not his grandmother's finger. But that was small too.  |

TNA matches this weekend   Some good matches set up for this weekend. I will get to see a few guys live for the first time so I excited for that. Enjoy the show!😀 |

Looks like I will be soaked either way. Rain or sweat lol. Thanks. I always play it safe. Don't work to hard over next week. |

On the way to Tampa it was sunny. Then I saw dark clouds and what appeared to be rain. But it blew over before I got there which was still a few miles to Tampa. It got clear then I saw dark clouds where I was headed. Lighting, some really good ones, flashes. That just pumped me up. That and hearing Iron Man and Ballroom Blitz on the radio. Once I parked I was able to get inside fairly quickly and avoided any of the storm. Once inside and seated hears some thunder outside and a few minutes later it was a down pour. Good timing.
My seat was sweet. Things were going good till the fan to my left came to sit down. He was a big hoss and seats were crammed together. Was not bad till the fan to my right sat down. Another hoss. Lucky for me I'm smaller. It was tight.
The show was really good and the fans around me were fun. Except the ones who didn't like the old school wrestling match between KUSHIDA and Johnathan Gresham, which I thought was good and nice change of pace, then complained about flippy floppy X match later. I won't give spoilers, other than mentioning that one match, and saying Josh Alexander had a match. During it I yelled "Josh is juicing on maple syrup" and it caused a "maple syrup" chant. I doubt you will hear it, they will likely edit it, but if you hear it blame me.
I thought I was sitting on the side 90 degrees from the hard camera but they had it on my side. So I doubt I got on TV much or my signs. One said "Microsoft caused The System failure". One said "Rosemary, will you scary me". One has a good chance of being seen as I saw a camera on it. It said "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Jon Hendry" with the two Beetlejuice crosses out.
There some surprise faces for the Ultimate X qualifying matches.

Good to hear that you avoided that torrential rainfall. Been there before being sandwiched in between two big dudes. I'm a big guy myself and I got caught in between two of my own kind at a Canucks game once and I felt like a sardine stuffed into a can. It also made it difficult to eat my food as I had limited mobility with my arms. Oh, those fans who always have to complain. I remember being at a Padres game about 15 years ago and according to one guy sitting in my section everybody on BOTH teams "sucked". After hearing this jackass shout that out at EVERY player as they were walking up to the plate I finally made a smart-ass comment in response during one of Adrian Gonzalez' at-bats by saying loudly and sarcastically : "Yes, he's only leading the National League in home runs right now but, yeah, he sucks." I don't think he heard me though as he never looked around for the source. I did get a few laughs from people sitting around me though so my comment didn't go to waste. Hopefully you're able to be seen on TV more than you think.😀 |
