I noticed something interesting on TNA's web site in the write up for Impact. When Grace used the Muscle Buster they did not call it that but simply said it was a move reminiscent of Samoa Joe. One, can they not use the name as it is copy rights now and/or two was his name dropped for a reason. Could he be going into the TNA HOF at BFG?

I clearly heard Tom Hanifan call it Muscle Buster on TV. Would love to see Joe in TNA HOF, but I don't know if AEW would allow it.

AEW may not allow him to show up at an Impact event to get the in-person induction, but they cannot stop TNA from inducting him as he was a former employee. Funny note, why going to type induction my mind thought "abduction" and it made me think of the ninjas that kidnapped Joe and then the storyline was dropped with no explanation. Maybe the ninjas should be the ones to induct Joe lmao. In a semi-related topic, I find it interesting that Black Taurus had to change his name in AEW/ROH due to AAA having the rights to the name, yet TNA was allowed to use it. I wonder if that means TNA has a tighter relationship with AAA. Perhaps due to Konnan. I don't know but I found it interesting.

I think TNA has a "working relationship" with AAA while AEW has one with CMLL. That's probably why TNA could use Black Taurus, but AEW has to use The Beast Mortos. But I could be wrong.

Zachary Wentz became the new X division champion last night at Emergence. Beyond that the show went pretty much as expected. Grace's KO team won. ABC retained the World tag titles. Nemeth retained the World title. John Layfield made an appearance. Just the normal...wait, WHAT? John Layfield was in the Impact Zone? He had something to whisper to Nemeth. I wonder what that is all about.

I wonder what he has cooking. Maybe it is just making appearances to give the rub but hopefully it is more than that.

While going down the rabbit hole I discovered that Willie Mack is the first, current and only House of Hardcore Twitch Television Champion. HOH closed down at the start of COVID and has not opened. I would love if TNA could work with MLW, who Mack currently works for, and have him defend the title against PCO with PCO winning it. I mean Tommy Dreamer who founded HOH and owns it still far as I know works for TNA. I doubt he would mind. That way PCO could walk around with THREE title belts. They could eventually just say they merged the HOH Twitch title with the TNA Digital Media one.
