Okay, will go "Ladies First" . . .
Fabulous Moolah d. Susan Green, tossing her off the top rope and finishing with the JACKKNIFE CRADLE.
Candi Devine d. Sherri Martel, like Susan Green, Martel was tossed off the top rope and pinned by Devine's CROSS BODY BLOCK.
Ida Mae Martinez d. Mildred Burke in the best ladies match of the evening as it almost went the limit. A DROPKICK finisher pinned Burke.
Trish Stratus d. Jazz by DQ. A messy brawl as referee Morgan Dollar promised to call the match by the book as Jazz got out of hand with her brawling.
Fabulous Moolah d. Candi Devine to advanced to the finals. Moolah used a top rope neck snap to set up a devastating knee drop to pin Candi.
Trish Stratus d. Ida Mae Martinez by DQ. This battle of favorites spilled to ringside as Ida Mae lost her temper against Stratus. . .
Fabulous Moolah d. Trish Stratus to win the tournament (and the title belt). A dropkick setup another victory with the JACKKNIFE CRADLE.
** Bonus Match, No-DQ old-fashioned Texas Death **
Terry Gordy d. Steve Williams in a bloody brawl. Gordy and Doc ignored introductions and engaged in a shoving match. Gordy controlled most of the match using the STF multiple times to wear out Dr. Death. A POWERBOMB setup two ORIENTAL SPIKES for the win. Williams did not officially submit, but the loss of blood caused his arm dropped three times while KO'd.
Will post the Hardcore results tomorrow, with the 16-man over the weekend. Hope people did not mind the bonus bout as I wanted to add something extra. Good idea these tournaments!!

Beat the Bug Showdown Legends Ladies Tournament
04.01.2020 from Chicago, IL
Fabulous Moolah vs. Susan Green
Fabulous Moolah defeated Susan Green with a JACKKNIFE CRADLE at 9:48
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: A strong opening bout in the tournament. Moolah came out looking for an early win and put her head to good use, but Sue "Tex" Green wouldn't stay down and mounted a big comeback.
She kept Moolah down with big moves and holds - scoring big and a near tap out with a body scissors.
Moolah raised a knee to a charging Green, though, and took over in a big way. She scored with a big drop kick, another head butt and eventually put Green away with the JACKKNIFE CRADLE.
Sherri Martel vs. Candi Divine
Sherri Martel defeated Candi Divine with a TOP ROPE SPLASH at 10:29
Match Rating: 3.75
Match Notes: Another strong match in the tournament.
They see-sawed in the early going, but Candi would score big with the CROSS BODY BLOCK for a near fall.
The action spilled outside and both women brawled but Divine got the better of it and went for the finish again, but Martel got the shoulder up.
Sherri capitalized on a misstep from Divine and began beating her down and going for cover after cover, perhaps sensing that the match was getting away from her.
She went up top, but Divine climbed to meet her and after a brief struggle, Candi superplexed Martel back into the ring!
It looked like Candi had it in the bag, but Sherri moved out of the way from a corner charge and Candi posted herself pretty badly.
Martel went for a cover, but Divine got the shoulder up. She couldn't do the same when Sherri hit a huge TOP ROPE SPLASH for the 1, 2, 3.
Great match.
Mildred Burke vs. Ida Mae Martinez
Mildred Burke defeated Ida Mae Martinez with an ALLIGATOR CLUTCH at 6:42
Match Rating: 3.25
Match Notes: Interesting matchup between these two. Burke struggled to sustain any offense early on and Martinez made her pay for any attempt.
But Burke would not stay down and a flurry of offense at the end of the match led to multiple near falls before she hit the ALLIGATOR CLUTCH for a convincing win.
Trish Stratus vs. Jazz
Jazz defeated Trish Stratus with a DDT at 8:19
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: They jockeyed for position early and it was anybody's game but Trish took over and pressed her advantage.
Jazz mounted a huge comeback though and used a combination of brawling mat work to punish Stratus. She nearly tapped her out with the BITCH CLAMP, but Trish made the ropes. A DDT soon after, tho, put Stratus down for the 1, 2, 3.
Fabulous Moolah vs. Sherri Martel
Sherri Martel defeated Fabulous Moolah with a TOP ROPE SPLASH at 11:16
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: Great match. They jockeyed for position early, but Moolah took over in a big way and worked over Martel for the majority of the bout.
She attempted pin fall and finisher after finisher, but Sherri Martel impressed the crowd by kicking out time and time again.
They also spent some time outside the ring and while Moolah had out-brawled Sherri early, Martel came back in a big way outside and began to dominate in spite of the beating she'd taken.
Moolah then came back and whipped Martel into the ropes, but Martel caught her looking down, hit a pile driver, and then went up top for the TOP ROPE SPLASH! 1, 2, 3!
Big win for Martel. Moolah was hot afterwards. Martel doesn't leave this one without a bit of mileage on her, though. Will that affect her in the finals?
Mildred Burke vs. Jazz
Mildred Burke defeated Jazz with a crooked head scissors at 9:27
Match Rating: 3.75
Match Notes: Another solid bout in the tournament. Jazz has tenacity and guts to spare as she took everything Mildred Burke had to throw at her.
Burke put on quite the display of her technical prowess and strength, matching the tough and powerful Jazz and then some.
Jazz tried to mount a comeback towards the end and even survived the ALLIGATOR CLUTCH in this fairly one-sided affair, but it was too little too late and Mildred Burke recovered quickly and locked in her crooked head scissors on the worn down opponent to secure the win and move on to the finals.
Sherri Martel vs. Mildred Burke
Mildred Burke defeated Sherri Martel with an ALLIGATOR CLUTCH at 1:35
Match Rating: 0.10
Match Notes: Wow! Mildred Burke wasted little time in securing her place at the top of the mountain. She stretched Martel briefly and then dropped her with a huge forearm uppercut.
She locked in the ALLIGATOR CLUTCH and grabbed the 1, 2, 3.

The Fabulous Moolah VS Sue Green- (first time using moolah's official card) Moolah dominated this match however it all changed when she sent Sue over the top to the floor she went out after. She wrapped a chain around her fist and hit sue right in the mouth busting her mouth open. However the ref saw it and DQed moolah.
Sherri Martel VS Candi Devine- this was an intense match and was reminiscent of their feud from the AWA. Martel ended it after she hit Candi with a stiff clothsline and pinned her
Ida Mae Martinez VS Mildred Burke- this was a squash with Burke killing Ida with her alligator clutch.
Jazz VS Trish Stratus- Trish was squashed in this match Jazz by submission after the Bitch Clamp.
Round 2 Matches
Sue Green VS Sherri Martel- Sherri didnt let Green do much as she kept reversing what green dished out and she ended it with a top rope splash for the pin
Mildred Burke VS Jazz- this match went back and forth and Jazz had several pin attempts however Burke snatched the Victory after her Alligator Clutch
Finals
Sherri Martel VS Mildred Burke-this was a great match and showed why these former womens champions are held in such high esteem they battled in this match Sherri Managed to steal the win by submission after a spinning toe hold to win the first Beat the Bug ladies Legends Tournament.
Notes: I really liked this Tournament and would like this to become a regular thing. it kept me busy wile I was waiting for a work zoom session to start. these matches really wont hold any baring on my feds become some of the ladies have yet to debut in my Stardom or my WWE or some of my Indy feds.
Moolah like I said this was the first I used her official card I have been biased on the card I made for her but I really enjoyed playing with it I love the roll up mechanic on her defense
Mildred Burke-I have never been a fan of her and didnt really use her black and white card at all. this card I like alot more I can see her finding a spot for herself if she keeps having matches like she has had in this tournament
Ida Mae- I have never been a fan didnt use her before I love the art this time around. I will give her a few more matches to see if she can hang before she is Retired. I felt the same about princess Victoria and she has had some amazing matches so she hasnt been retired
Sue Green- I am not the biggest sue green fan I did really enjoy the Moolah VS Sue Green match from round 1 partly because Moolah Beat her ass.
Thanks for this Tournament I plan on playing my Ladies legends today yet and my Hardcore tomorrow

Fabulous Moolah defeated Susan Green with a Jackknife Cradle
Match Notes: Green really took it to Moolah. She had a lot of offense but couldn't get her to the mat to go for the pin
Sherri Martel (9) vs. Candi Divine (4)
Candi Divine defeated Sherri Martel with a double leg catapult
Match Notes: Best match of the 1st round. The official went down during this match. Divine had Martel down for a 3 count but there was no official to count it. Martel came back and nearly won but Divine continued to fight to eventually score the upset.
Mildred Burke (0) vs. Ida Mae Martinez (5)
Mildred Burke defeated Ida Mae Martinez with a forearm uppercut
Match Notes: All Burke in this match. Martinez gave a valiant effort kicking out a few times when we thought she was done but Burkes strength was just too much to overcome.
Trish Stratus (4) vs. Jazz (3)
Trish Stratus defeated Jazz with a Stratusfaction
Match Notes: Jazz dominated early in the match but Stratus would not give up and came back to get the win
Fabulous Moolah (10) vs. Candi Divine (4)
Fabulous Moolah defeated Candi Divine with a Body Press
Match Notes: Match of the night. Divine made a lot of new fans tonight and had an impressive tournament. She controlled the majority of this match but just couldn't get the decisive win. Moolah was on the defensive the entire match and her experienced help her score a pin for the win
Mildred Burke (2) vs. Trish Stratus (2)
Mildred Burke defeated Trish Stratus with an Alligator Clutch
Match Notes: Battle of Eras. Stratus came out fast and tried to end things early but Burke fought on and made Stratus submit to the inescapable Alligator Clutch
Non Tournament Special Match
Glammour Girls vs. Rockin Robin and Wendi Richter
Wendi Richter defeated Judy Martin with a schoolgirl roll-up
Match Notes: Great tag team match. Richter made a surprise appearance and scored the win to the delight of the crowd
Fabulous Moolah (3) vs. Mildred Burke (6)
Fabulous Moolah defeated Mildred Burke with a Jackknife Cradle
Match Notes: Moolah was able to find a way to counter Burkes strength and use her ring awareness to get the win. Burke fought hard kicking out of several near falls but at the end she didnt have enough strength to kick out of the cradle

Sherri Martel beat Candi Divine with a choke on top rope and pin.
Ida Mae Martinez upset Mildred Burke with a dropkick after a desperation comeback on the floor.
Trish Stratus beat Jazz by DQ
Sherri Martel beat Moolah with a running knee lift in a back and forth marathon of a match.
Trish Stratus squashed Ida Mae in three moves, winning with Stratusfaction.
Trish Stratus won the tournament by pinning Sherri Martel after two consecutive Stratusfactions.
