No, put him in it. He asked to see the stuff ahead of release (which is certainly within his rights), so he's implicated!
Seriously, I don't know the price, but the release date should be tomorrow barring anything unforeseen. I've sent the card info and the handbook to them what puts these things together, so all I need is the advanced MMA charts and amended rulebook (which were well on their way to finalization), and that's that! It's coming, folks!

Well I'll probably have to wait till next week at the earliest though I may just wait till I can order the GWFZ stuff as well and get it in one fell swoop.
