New Galaxian Pro Wrestling Special Report 6.15.2087 - The legecy of New Galaxian Pro Wrestling continues to grow with each passing event. New records being set, New streaks starting and more importantly, Championships being successfully defended adding to the richness of the titles. As we head to the end of June here in 2087, we have decided to name our next event the only proper way we can. Our next event will be entitled "Summer Fight Festival" and be held from June 25th - 29th at the Deimos InterGalactic Arena. Thantos continues to prove just how good he is when the title is on the line. He is now the longest reigning GWF Galaxian Champion after his 4th straight title defense defeating Lord Nexus at Dominion. If Thantos can successfully defend his championship once again in the main event of Summer Fight Festival. He will not have to worry about defending the championship again until our August event. There is going to be a special tournament coming in July that will be a historic undertaking for the company and have a huge impact on the future. While Lord Nexus went on a incredible run towards the main event of Dominion. We look to see if he can repeat what Massif and Thantos has done in returning to the main event match of the following tournament after losing. Here is what the first round match ups look like for the GWF Galaxian Championship Roster... #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Galaxian Championship - First Round Match Invincible Krakan vs Comrade Terror Exo-King vs Wolf Star Warrior vs Massif Lord Nexus - Bye Into Semi-Finals Pulsar continues his incredible run in the last three tournaments by defending and defeating Ghengis Khan to retain the GWF Interplanetary Championship. The names that Pulsar has defeated in the last two months along have skyrocketed this young lion to heights not thought he would hit in his first year of being in the squared circle. Ghengis Khan will gain the first round bye into the semi-finals but can he makes his way back to the championship match much like Pulsar did against former champion Death Knight? We will find out but here is a look at the first round match ups for the GWF Interplanetary Championship Roster... #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Interplanetary Championship - First Round Match Omega vs Mutant Pit Viper vs Executioner Death Knight vs Commander Sam Ghengis Khan - Bye Into Semi-Finals The Gladiators of Aethra seems to have a tight hold on the GWF Galaxian Tag Team Championships. The Gladiators have now defeated the High Society (Killer Queen and Vanity) in three straight title matches. Do we see a four-peat from the High Society in terms of tournament wins and being the number one contenders again? Or do we possibly see the Greek Gods or N.S.C. end their run and try to change the fate of the tag team division. Here is how the step ladder GWF Tag Team Championship tournament plays out... #1 Contenders Step Ladder Tournament - GWF Tag Team Championship - First Round Match Greek Gods vs N.S.C. High Society vs TBD Gladiators of Aethra vs Tournament Winner Summer Fight Festival is shaping up to be just as historic as our past events. We also want to let you know that we will be announcing the name of the next event during this festival. Like we said earlier on, This next event is going to be a huge undertaking and possibly change the course of the promotion for the rest of the year. No one will be safe, No champions can hide, and one person will make history.

Hey Gang,
Really quickly before I post the results for night 2 of the Summer Fight Festival, I have decided to make a slight rule change for the #1 contenders tournaments going forward.
If any match ends in a double DQ during a #1 contenders tournament match, the match will be ordered to restart so that I have a winner advance. Now this rule will not apply to the upcoming Tournament I am running in July of 2087.
If you guys remember I had a Double DQ back at the New Galaxian Cup but had an easy way out of it. This one happened in the first round and was the only way to make things easy and keep the flow going.

New Galaxian Pro Wrestling Special Report 7.5.87 - Hello everyone and welcome to this very special report. Today we are here to announce a one of kind tournament here in NGPW that will put on display the heart, soul, and fighting spirit of all 16 of our singles wrestlers. The Champions Of The Galaxy borad of directors along with members of the New Galaxian Pro Wrestling board of directors met a few months back to establish a tournament that was bigger then the New Galaxian Cup tournament. Something that would show the true drive that a warrior here in NGPW has to be the very best in the company. With that, The company is proud to announce the first annual G1 (Galaxian 1) tournament. The 16 singles wrestlers will be split into two blocks (much like the divisions now) but will see certain fighters from the Interplanetary roster in the same block as the Galaxian Championship roster. This gave the fans of NGPW a chance to see some dream match ups that they have not seen so far and put some wonders to rest about just how well one fighter would do against another fighter. We will also see the tag teams of the NGPW fight off in a round robin tournament as well to crown a first ever Galaxian Tag League as well. The tournament will play out of 16 straight days of competition spanning from July 14th to July 31st of 2087. The tag team portion of the event will kick off on July 28th and end on July 31st as well. This tournament will also be much different then the other tournaments as it is not for a number one contendership for a championship. It does however give the winner of the tournament an automatic shot at the GWF Galaxian Championship in the main event of Galaxian Kingdom 2 to be held in January of 2088. This tournament will also be different in that it is not a single elimination tournament. This will be a round robin style tournament with the winner of each block being determined not by wins and losses but by a point system. A win by using a finishing move will net 3 points. A regular pinfall victory will net you 2 points. A draw or no contest will net you 1 point while a loss of any kind gives you 0 points. On the final night of the G1 Tournament, The winners of Block A and Block b will face off against each other in the main event with the winner get a shot at the GWF Galaxian Champion at Galaxian Kingdom 2. With both singles champions ( Thantos and Pulsar ) in the same block in the inaugural tournament. We will get to see the very first champion vs champion match. While neither title will be on the line in the match, the outcome could change the wrestling galaxy as we know it. We already know about the block break downs as shown in the video on the final night of the Summer Fight Festival. A Block is made up of all the current and past singles champions the promotion has had so far along with one other fighter who has had the best record of the last three months of tournament action. B Block holds all of the fighters who are willing to prove they have what it takes to over throw the championship bracket in the finals. Here is a look at both block wrestlers and the first two nights of action at the Deimos InterGalactic Arena. G1 (Galaxian 1) Tournament! A Block GWF Galaxian Champion - THANTOS Former GWF Champion - STAR WARRIOR Former GWF Champion - MASSIF Former GWF Interplanetary Champion - COMMANDER SAM Former GWF Interplanetary Champion - EXECUTIONER Former GWF Interplanetary Champion - DEATH KNIGHT GWF Interplanetary Champion - Pulsar The Lone Renegade - WOLF

Night 1 - A Block Action Star Warrior vs Wolf Massif vs Pulsar Thantos vs Death Knight Commander Sam vs Executioner Night 2 - B Block Action Invincible Krakan vs Lord Nexus Omega vs Ghengis Khan Comrade Terror vs Pit Viper Mutant vs Exo-King July 14th, 2087 will go down in history has the beginning of the tournament to see just who is the best and greatest in the galaxy.
