Hey everyone!
I have a question. For feuds, do you sometimes pick guys to feud even if nothing happened to start it? For example, say you want to do a feud with Steve Corino and The Sandman, how do you go about that?
Thanks!

Hey everyone! I have a question. For feuds, do you sometimes pick guys to feud even if nothing happened to start it? For example, say you want to do a feud with Steve Corino and The Sandman, how do you go about that? Thanks! Alot of my feuds are feuds I were not planning on but were basically created by the dice such as my recently started feud between Steve "Dr. Death" Williams and Terry Gordy- they lost alot of tag matches including suffering a major upset in the first round of my recent MLW Memorial Cup and it got to the point where I imagined them not working well cohesively so I broke them up and they are now feuding with each other. For a situation where you want two specific wrestlers to feud with each other, I would suggest inventing a reason to have the feud. There are alot of possible ways to start feuds such as backstage encounters, disagreements in a tag match together, conflict created during battle royals, write a storyline of them also having issues in another fed prior to being in your fed, etc.

I always find interviews and botched interference are good ways to start feuds.

Double Dq'd or someone gets Dq'd say Sandman using the Singapore cane is a good way to start a feud . You cant beat me challenge ? . Or just create a fictional story say something happened backstage . Corino got caught stealing Sandman beer .

For example, say you want to do a feud with Steve Corino and The Sandman, how do you go about that? Thanks! There are limitless possibilities! Interview segments, DQ finishes... even have one wrestler ignore an offer of a handshake at the end of a match. You can also have "in the ring" feuds born from one wrestler winning a match and the other just resenting it.

I always did if a match ended in doubles, that would lead to "heat" between the two. As Mike pointed out, you can use a live segment, interviews, DQ's, whatever you want to propel a possibility of a feud. If their next match ends with Doubles, then I'd roll on the feud chart!

I like rolling on the old feud chart when a match ends with a doubles roll. That often leads to some natural feud beginnings.

I like to roll on the old feud table sometimes... when a match ends on doubles, of course.
I also like to maybe think of starting a feud if a match STARTS with doubles. Like, when I roll off to see who starts a match and it turns into a doubles roll. That's often also when I decide to use the GMC announcer card, too.
But it all depends on my mood or whatever.
I've also had some kick off based on match results, too. An example of that was that I once had Jimmy Hart select two tag teams to have a series of matches with the team that won the series winning his managerial services. So the teams went to war and the losing team ended up becoming a big part of the anti-Jimmy Hart squad.
I've also had some good feuds come about when a wrestler had a set of bad luck and have their manager fire them... only to turn it into a war with his former stablemates.
There's a million options, I think.

The GMC chart is also great! I often do the same thing if a match starts in doubles.

I always rolled on a Pre Action Match chart if I rolled double during the start. That really got things rolling in a hurry!
