What are your thoughts on the 2020 NFL Schedule that was released today?
these are my thoughts for the 2020 schedule for my 2 teams:
Las Vegas Raiders
The very first Las Vegas Raiders opponent in the preseason is my other team the Seahawks. The Raiders and Seahawks play each other in the preseason every year- it was a condition the NFL agreed to when the Seahawks got moved back into the NFC from the AFC so the Seahawks can still play the Raiders (who was their biggest rival and ironically are now my other NFL team) each year. This year's Raiders/Seahawks preseason game is in Seattle which might be best for me if fans are not allowed so then the annual Raiders/Seahawks preseason game can be here in Las Vegas in 2021.
Las Vegas gets 4 prime time games in 2020 and all 4 are in Las Vegas this year! The NFL on The Strip is going to be incredible!
In addition to the annual divisional opponents Chiefs, Broncos, and Chargers, the Saints, Bills, Colts, Dolphins, and Buccaneers will be the teams playing against the Raiders in Las Vegas this season.
Seattle Seahawks
4 prime time games (3 in Seattle) but none surprisingly against the 49ers. However the last game of the year is against the 49ers and that game can get switched to prime time (like it did last year) if playoff implications are on the line. I think Seattle is helped that it plays the AFC East this year.
