To me having someone like Otis win every 2-3 years is good. It's why I wish Royal Rumble winner got a title shot at next PPV instead of WM. It keeps things interesting. Imagine if R Truth won. He comes out to challenge a former champion and has to be told they are no longer champion.

I can see Otis becoming another Dusty Rhodes, if they let him focus on his wrestling and give him a lot of mic time.
