After I finish setting up my cards using my formula I roll the dice for each singles match and if it is double it becomes a cage match then I move it to the end of the card no matter who is the wrestlers are

I think it can depend on what type of fed.
For Indy feds, I think cage matches (which are rare for Indy feds) are almost always last. Here in Las Vegas, the local Indy fed FSW has an annual show at Sam's Town called No Escape which features several cage matches and those matches are always grouped together at the end of the show as it obviously does not make any sense to set up and tear down a steel cage 3 or 4 times a show.
For LOW feds, if they are set in modern times, cage matches would not necessarily have to be last. The WWE for years has the cage already raised above the ring and it quickly gets lowered in place and then raised again afterward. The WWE even has the Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber structures hanging above the ring during its Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber PPVs respectively and it often spaces those types of matches out during those themed PPVs because those structures get raised and lowered quickly.
For COTG feds, if you can quickly lower a cage in 2020 then you can definitely quickly get a cage in place in 2087 or whatever year your fed is in at the moment. So again cage matches would not have to be last.
I could see why promoters might want cage matches due to their nature to be last/the main event regardless but technology at least makes it so the COTG promoter and the LOW promoter (unless their fed is set in the past) have options for when to place cage matches on their shows.

Having set up a cage on indy shows, you put them at the end of the night. Nothing kills a crowd like waiting for a cage to go up.

I go with Vegas on this one. I don't really run cage matches on my indy shows but they would be last. Legends I occasionally run and they're almost always last unless there's an exception (or for some reason more than one) COTG, I run a little more often especially on my all special matches show, and the cage just appears and disappears as necessary (if they can teleport the wrestlers, why not the cage?)

At CWFH tapings they always shot the cage matches first. Then took them down quick and had the rest of the card. Tom has me tied teleporting before so I fire, why couldn’t they teleport the cage into place?

For me if it's a feud match, especially end of a top feud it should be last match. Beyond that it depends on level of importance. I mean in the case you mentioned since the cage is kind of random there is no need to end the card.

Depends who the matches was between ? The biggest match of the night (maybe feud match) or heavyweight title match should be on last . Though I do know usually its a match where something will happen at the end ( a turn on someone / someone gets fired etc) . So No .

Here is what I decided on each card I have two matches based on rankings between the top-ranked wrestlers decided by a pro-rated lottery system. They will be the last two matches on the card. For the other matches if the dice rolls doubles then they will be moved to take place just before the final two matches. When I am thinking of the steel cage match I am thinking of the old WWF steel bar cages that they had to carry each side of the cage in.
