MIDWEST CHAMPION:THE CRUSHER & RAY "THE CRIPPLER" STEVENS vs. RED BASTIEN & BILLY RED LYONS

"Another all out war between these two rival teams with the Red's coming out very quickly with a perfect flying dropkick double team for a NEAR fall of the champion!

Lyons even had the Crippler down and seemingly out later in the match thanks to a SLEEPER HOLD Finisher but after blasting Bastien out of the ring with a stiff power forearm, the Midwest Champion broke Lyons grip by applying a reverse bear hug from behind on Lyons! Which led to Stevens recovering to deliver a jumping knee smash to Billy as he was still in the reverse bear hug! Crusher then dropped Lyons to the mat and The Crippler made the pin for the hard fought victory."

*AFTER THE MATCH THE MIDWEST CHAMPION: THE CRUSHER CALLED OUT BOTH FRANK GOTCH AND RIKIDOZAN!*

"The debut match for Nikolai Volkoff who made it clear that he will represent the Soviet Union in the WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING! He then smashed the microphone right in the face of News who did not even see it coming! Blood poured from the face of the Detroit native's face as the official quickly called for the Disqualification to end the match.

KoKo B. Ware sprinted out from the back to check on his fallen tag team partner EMT's followed quickly after, Ware was screaming in anger at Volkoff as the big man left the building holding his country's colors proud to a chorus of boo's from the crowd."

MIDWEST TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
(C) OX BAKER & MISSING LINK w/ SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK vs. BEAUTY MARKS w/ CHERI DUPREE

"What a match between these two rival factions that saw the Beauty Marks hold their own in the brawling style of the champions but equally as impressive is the champions hanging with George and Rose when it finally got in the ring and actual wrestling occurred.

Baker faked out George with his heart punch and instead connected with a wicked clothesline! Cheri goot up on the apron but Humperdink grabbed her and took her over his shoulder when THE BLUE MEANIE showed up and attacked Humperdink! Baker and Link were confused as all hell. Meanie helped Cheri up and Rose came over only to get tattooed by a Meanie slam on the concrete!

Meanie then smiled at Cheri and left threw the crowd! George in the mean time was screaming at the referee who was distracted with all that was going on outside the ring, he finally realized that Link was caught in the SPINNING TOE HOLD Finisher and just when we thought we were going to have new tag champions CHRIS CANDIDO & KING KONG BUNDY returned and stormed the ring and attacked Baker and Link! The official quickly called for the stoppage of the match..The Beauty Marks were furious but left the ring once Bundy and Candido armed themselves with steel chairs and delivered vicious shot after vicious shot to the Champions and Humperdink to end the show."

The attack from Henning on Brunzell in the locker room after Jim's 2 out of 3 falls match losing to Jim Londos, not to mention the Ax calling Brunzell a disgrace this match will ber heated no doubt. KoKo B. Ware has demanded a match against the newest member of the Dynamite Pro roster and WORLD CUP of WRESTLING entrant: Nikolai Volkoff for the Russian's brutal attack on Ware's tag team partner; PN NEWS at #Sixteen. Gorgeous George finally looks to put down the Blue Meanie and his continued interference involving Cheri Dupree over the past several events.

BLUE MEANIE vs. GORGEOUS GEORGE w/ CHERI DUPREE

"it was announced before the match that BUDDY ROSE, THE SANDMAN AND JIM DUGGAN were all band from ringside for this match. Meanie had George just disgusted as the bell rang asd the ECW legend waved and made kissing faces to Cheri who just smirked and ignored it at ringside. George took complete control early with consecutive knee drops which led to his Gorgeous Grip!

Meanie was in big trouble when Cheri suddenly got up on the apron cheering on George to finish it..that distracted the official who went over to tell Dupre to get back in her corner.George released the hold to argue with the official. This gave the Blue Guy time to recover and connect with a body slam!!! which led to the Blue Meanie dance which the crowd marked out for and even Dupre had to give him what looked like a grin!!!

This motivated Meanie who then connected with the People's Leg Drop for a NEAR fall! Meanie came off the ropes with a shoulder tackle, Cheri got up on the apron again only to be taken off by ORANGE CASSIDY who stumbled his way to ringside from the crowd!

The Meanie was delighted and was doing another jig when George came up from behind and got Meanie in a small package and got the three count thanks to holding on to some tights!"

*AFTER THE MATCH GEORGE TOLD CASSIDY TO LET CHERI GO AS HE BEAT MEANIE TO A PULP WITH A STEEL CHAIR!, CASSIDY DID BUT GOT BLINDSIDED BY BUDDY ROSE AND HE CLOBBERED ORANGE WITH A STEEL CHAIR AS WELL, FINALLY SECURITY CAME DOWN TO GET THE BEAUTY MARKS OUT OF THE BUILDING*

GRUDGE MATCH #TWO
KOKO B. WARE vs. NIKOLAI VOLKOFF

"Ware came out like a house of fire to avenge the brutal attack on his JIVE SOUL BRO tag team partner PN NEWS by Volkoff. Ware kept the big Russian off balance with dropkicks and a lot of fast paced offense and nearly got the quick victory with a flying head butt!

It should be noted that Volkoff had a young athlete that we would later find out named ALEX KOSLOV who came down to ringside. It did not bother Ware and Koslov did not even try to interfere in the match he was just very intent and watched. Koko again had a near fall after connecting with a cross body off the top rope!

PN NEWS with a bandage over his left side of his face came down to ringside, this seemed to upset the young Koslov who suddenly got up and stood face to face with News. PN just smirked and pushed the young Alex aside. Koslov quickly got up adjusted his custom suit and stood. Ware looked to finish off the match as he tried to get the big Nikolai up off his feet and deliver his GHOSTBUSTER Finisher, however Volkoff was to big and heavy and Ware got caught trying to lift him with a double thrust to the throat! Ware was in pain as Volkoff quickly went for the cover and got the three count."

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

"It was announced that FRANK GOTCH will get his shot at the MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP in the Main Event of TRADITION'S 1st ANNIVERSARY Show in JUNE 2010. RIKIDOZAN will get his MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP Match in the MAIN EVENT of #TWENTY in MAY 2010"

GRUDGE MATCH #THREE
LARRY "THE AX" HENNING vs. JIM BRUNZELL
"A tremendous Main Event that went nearly 15 minutes real time. Brunzell came so close on so many occasions in this contest connecting with his KILLER DROPKICK Finisher at one point only for Henning just kick out before the three count. Later Jim would have his sleeper hold cinched in tight and as the Ax looked out as the ref lifted the arm up for the third time Henning fell into the ropes to break the hold but he was out cold!

Brunzell was starting to get a little frustrated as he climbed to the top rope to finally put away Henning in spectacular fashion, The Ax would catch Brunzell with his double forearm hammer in mid flight!! Brunzell would crash to the canvas hard and be out cold as he took a hell of a shot. Henning then made the cover for the three count and victory to end the show."

• It has also been made official that BILLY RED LYONS (Canada) has also been added to the WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING Tournament bringing the total to 7 with one more spot open. Billy will be in action on #EIGHTEEN as he will go one on one with RIKIDOZAN
• MIDWEST Champion has told management he want's to fight! so management has found a fight for the Crusher and his tag team partner Ray Stevens for #EIGHTEEN as they will face BLOOD, SWEAT & BEERS!

TAG TEAM CHALLENGE MATCH
BLOOD, SWEAT & BEERS vs. RAY "THE CRIPPLER" STEVENS & MIDWEST CHAMPION: THE CRUSHER

"Just a straight slugfest with four guys that were just born to fight! The Crusher and Duggan traded so many forearm shot back and fourth it was amazing they both were standing at the end of the match..Stevens caught the Sandman with a piledriver on the concrete! A spinning bodyslam by Duggan eventually got the Midwest Champ down..but he saw Sandman was hurt outside the ring and came out and a brawl between he and Stevens ended up in the front row!

Frank Gotch and Dan Severn come down to ringside and a shouting match with the Crusher intensified, so much so that Crusher went face to face with Gotch. The Sandman slowly got to his feet to the amazement to everyone. Seeing this Crusher turned his attention to the ECW Icon and with no hesitation connected with Power Forearms and ramming him headfirst into the ringpost!

Crusher told Gotch he better pay attention because this is what is going to happen to you at the 1st ANNIVERSARY Show...suddenly Duggan came out of nowhere and connected with a FLYING SPEAR Finisher to Crusher right on the concrete!!!! Stevens then made his way back to Jim and the brawl between the two started up again..the official had no choice but to call for the double count-out!

With the Crusher laying on the concrete Frank Gotch and Dan Severn just looked down at the champ and walked over him in a great show of disrespect!"

INTERNATIONAL MATCH
RIKIDOZAN (JAPAN) vs. BILLY "RED" LYONS (CANADA)

"Both men had their countries flag draped over their shoulder as they made there way into the ring, Rikidozan had photographers from his home country follow him to the ring as the country is chronicling his journey here in America.

Both men shook hands to begin the match in a great show of respect. It was a real stale mate for the first several moments of the contest, Rikidozan would get an opening and take advantage as Lyons came off the ropes right into a scoop slam! Which led to a very near fall. The Japan legend would come off the ropes himself only to get back dropped in the center of the ring followed up getting hooked in the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK Finisher of Billy!!!

Rikidozan was in big trouble as he struggled mightly to try and get out of the submission to no avail....he would finally get to the ropes for the apparent break HOWEVER Lyons would pull him away from the ropes with the submission locked in which would end in shocking fashion as Rikidozan would TAP in the center of the ring to the utter disbelief of everyone. A HUGE victory for Lyons as he helped his opponent back to his feet and shook hands once again in a show of respect.

Red Bastien came into the ring to give his congrats to his tag team partner in what no doubt is the biggest upset in the young history of Tradition."

INTERNATIONAL MATCH
ANTONIO ROCCA (Argentina) vs. KONNAN (Mexico)

"An absolute 25 minute plus classic that you would want to see in a pro wrestling match, despite Rocca getting an early advantage with a single leg take down, Konnan would have the majority of the offense throughout the contest. A picture perfect German suplex by the masked superstar which led to his NIAGARA DRIVER finisher!

However Rocca would kick out of the pin attempt...but would get caught in a powerbomb into a jack knife 3 consecutive times to finally give the star from Mexico the win

A standing ovation for both men who stood in the middle of the ring exhausted raising each others hand in victory to end the show."

• There is currently seven out of the eight competitors announced for the WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING Tournament...the eighth competitor will be announced and will be present at #TWENTY

MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP CONTRACT SIGNING

TENSION WAS HIGH AS THE SHOW BEGAN AS BILL APTER STOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING ALONG WITH CURRENT MIDWEST CHAMPION: THE CRUSHER, WHO STOOD AT ONE SIDE OF THE TABLE ALONG WITH HIS LONG TIME TAG TEAM PARTNER RAY "THE CRIPPLER" STEVENS STANDING BESIDE HIM AS THEY WATCHED THE ENTRANCE OF THE GREAT JAPAN LEGEND RIKIDOZAN WHO WAS ACCOMPANIED BY SEVERAL OF MEMBERS OF HIS MANAGEMENT STAFF AS WELL AS PHOTOGRAPHERS.

BOTH MEN STOOD AT OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE TABLE, STARING AT ONE ANOTHER VERY INTENTLY. MR. APTER PRESENTED THEM BOTH WITH THE CONTRACT, THE CHAMPION DID NOT EVEN LOOK IT OVER AND JUST SIGNED IT AND THREW IT ACROSS THE TABLE IN THE DIRECTION OF HIS INTERNATIONAL OPPONENT AT #TWENTY.

THE MEMBERS OF RIKIDOZAN'S LEGAL TEAM TOOK SEVERAL MOMENTS TO GO THREW THE CONTRACT TO THE POINT TO WHERE THE CROWD WOULD START CHANTING SIGN IT! SIGN IT!...WHICH RIKIDOZAN DID. THE TWO CAME AROUND THE TABLE TO GO FACE TO FACE FOR A PHOTO OP...CRUSHER HAD SOME CHOICE WORDS FOR HIS OPPONENT WHO JUST SMILED.

THAT DID NOT SIT WELL WITH THE CHAMPION, WHO TOOK HIS CIGAR AND PUT IT OUT ON THE LEFT SHOULDER RUINING THE SUIT OF RIKIDOZAN! SECURITY QUICKLY CAME IN BEFORE IT ESCALATED BUT THE JAPAN CONTINGENT WAS FURIOUS LEAVING THE RING!

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH
FRANK GOTCH w/ Dan Severn vs. LARRY HENNING

"It should be mentioned that as The Crusher was leaving the ring after the contract signing a stare down between he and Severn and Gotch occurred in the isle way as Gotch was coming to the ring for his match.

A contrast in styles and it was the physical style of the Ax that got the upper hand early on. Henning thought his dominance would get him the victory after taking Frank down with some stiff punches in the corner that at one point got Gotch looking like he was out on his feet. The Ax then would come off the ropes but Gotch would catch him in a cross face arm bar and take him down in the center of the ring.

As soon as it looked as though the official was gonna call for the bell Henning would reach the ropes for the break! The cameraman caught the son of the Ax; CURT HENNING in the crowd cheering on his father. Gotch would apply a grinding hammerlock which he had cinched in for several minutes BUT Larry would get to the ropes and both he and Gotch would fall out of the ring.

The two would recover and begin to throw down in a brawl...Gotch would go real low with a nasty knee strike and then slam Henning's head right into the steel post busting the Minnesota native open! Curt would rush out of his seat and run down to the guardrail and begin screaming at Gotch...Severn confronted the younger Henning and told him to get back to his seat.

Curt ignored him and continued to scream for his dad to get up...who was laying in his own pool of blood. The official called for the bell giving the match to Gotch via count out. After the decision medical staff tried to assist Henning who just pushed them all aside, he told Curt to meet him at the car..and left to the back under his own power, as Gotch stood victorious in the ring."

SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH #2
RED BASTIEN vs. JIM LONDOS

"A handshake between the two to begin the match to the applause of the crowd. Really good back and fourth exchanges and counter wrestling between the two for the majority of the contest. Londos would be able to sustain an offensive attack which included a nasty head lock throw which landed Bastien right on his head. Londos looked for the submission victory via the grinding arm bar. Billy Red Lyons would show up at ringside to cheer on his tag team partner and this seemed to give a second wind for Bastien who recovered and went on a offensive attack.

Flying Headscissors coming off the ropes got the fans to their feet and nearly got Bastien the victory. A tremendous flying dropkick had Londos reeling after barely being able to kick out of the prior pin attempt, but Red came off the ropes and Londos caught him with a slingshot off the top rope right into his AIRPLANE SPIN Finisher for the hard fought victory."

MIDWEST TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

(C) OX BAKER & MISSING LINK w/ Oliver Humperdink vs. CHRIS CANDIDO & KING KONG BUNDY

"As with most of the champs matches it would end up in a wild brawl. Candido and Bundy would hold their own in that type of scenario as Candido again would bring out his inner SABU antics to the disapproval of the fans.

Bundy and Baker would have a hell of a smash mouth exchange with forearm shots and fists to the face. Bundy would end up winning the exchange and connect with a massive back breaker which was followed by a picture perfect elbow drop from the top rope from Candido for a NEAR fall.

Link who got thrown out of the ring earlier on in the match got a pep talk of sorts from Humperdink and stormed back in the ring and went crazy with head buts, after head buts to both of his opponents...Bundy would regain control catching Link off the ropes and running him straight into the turnbuckle..and as Candido and Baker went over the top rope crashing to the outside..Bundy looked as though he was going to attempt his AVALANCHE in the corner to Link. As the big man came charging Humperdink handed Link a steel chair from the outside!

Link knew exactly what to do with that as he swung for the fences and connected right in the head of the charging Bundy with a sickening thud....blood immediately started pouring out of the massive cranium of the New Jersey native as the official called for the disqualification of the champions to end the match!

Medical staff rushed in to stop the gushing blood of Bundy as they attend to him the show ends."

• MAJOR NEWS: An incident involving Jim Brunzell and Larry Henning backstage broke out, Brunzell confronted the Ax as he was getting help to the back after #NINETEEN which included Curt Henning getting involved. More updates as we get it.
• KING KONG BUNDY received nine stitches after the vicious chair shot to the head by the Missing Link. Candido and Bundy are demanding a rematch for the Midwest Tag Team Championship...word is the rematch will indeed happen at the 1st Anniversary Show in June
• Rikidozan is disgraced by the actions of not only The Crusher but once again how TRADITION has handled things BUT he is a man of his word and intends to for fill his contractual agreements with the company
• THE CRUSHER defending the MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP against FRANK GOTCH will headlight #TWENTY as well as the last entrant will be announced for the WORLD CUP of WRESTLING event. We can also confirm the finals of that event will take place during the second annual IN HONOR OF TRADITION show in November of 2010

P.N. NEWS vs. NIKOLAI VOLKOFF
"A huge rematch for News who was looking for revenge against the man that took it to him before the bell at a prior event. News was unstoppable as the bell rang to start the contest with a dropkick!!! Followed by a standing senton! for a NEAR fall. Volkoff rolled out of the ring and was headed to the back but was stopped by KoKo B. Ware who dove off the balcony with a cross body block to the fans excitement.

Ware tossed Nikolai back into the ring right into New's finisher THE BROKEN RECORD to which to everyone's amazement Volkoff kicked out of right before the three count! Ware was at ringside when suddenly the youngster ALEX KOSLOV came down and pushed Ware from behind violently right into the steel post!

This distracted News which led to Volkoff recovering and applying a choke hold from behind...which led to a double thrust to the throat! That took P.N. down quickly and gave Volkoff the three count and victory to the disapproval of the crowd who began littering the ring as Volkoff stood victorious"

TAG TEAM MATCH
THE BEAUTY MARKS vs. BLUE MEANIE & ORANGE CASSIDY

"The crowd erupted in cheers for Meanie and Cassidy the loudest pop of the night, as the Beauty Marks just looked appalled that they even had to share the ring with them...some comedic stuff from Meanie to begin the match with Rose but when the wrestling stuff actually began George and Rose pretty much had their way.

They cut Cassidy off to their side of the ring for a good 10 minutes plus and just punished him, Playboy especially after connecting with a brain buster which set up George for his figure four leg lock..which Meanie quickly came in and stomped right on George's face to break the hold. Rose came back in but out of nowhere got caught by Cassidy who amazed the crowd with a huracanrana!

Then crawled and made the hot tag to Meanie who delivered a neck breaker! Meanie looked to deliver his MEANIESAULT Finisher but got caught by Cheri Dupre who sprayed the Blue Guy right in the face with what looked like perfume! Rose got the tag and came in and hit his BOMBS AWAY Finisher for the victory to the disapproval of the fans.

After the match, DANNY DORING stormed from the back and attacked Meanie with vicious chair shots as the Beauty Marks held onto Orange Cassidy and forced him to watch helpless. Doring is returning from injury suffered from a match with Meanie. WHAM BAM THANK YOU MAA'M Finisher on the ECW legend! Finally BLOOD, SWEAT & BEERS show up to clear the ring of the heels who high tailed out of the building."

MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

(C) THE CRUSHER vs. RIKIDOZAN

"Once again a huge contingent of Rikidozan's management team along with photographers accompanied him to ringside. As soon as the bell sounded the Crusher attacked him with powerful forearms after powerful forearms, Rikidozan attempted to battle back with chops and the two just traded blows in the center of the ring for several moments!

Crusher would eventually win the exchance and go right for the choke hold to the disapproval of the members of Rikidozan's representation at ringside. The Crusher just balked at them and applied a stomach claw to the Japan legend! Rikidozan struggled BUT was able to reach the ropes to force the break. He also got on the offensive after connecting with a nasty slap to the chest as Crusher was coming off the ropes. Rikidozan then attempted to climb the ropes when RAY THE CRIPPLER STEVENS came out of the crowd and to ringside and pushed Rikidozan off the top rope!!!!

Needless to say Rikidozan's people were furious at ringside and the official quickly ordered Steven's out of the building, which led to security coming down and taking him away!

Meanwhile in the ring The Crusher took advantage of what his long time tag team partner did and connected with his CRUSHER BOLO Finisher for a NEAR fall! Rikidozan just kicked out before the three to the bewilderment of the Champion. Forearm shots continued by the frustrated champion BUT Rikidozan would answer back with just vicious chops after vicious chops that echoed threw out the building.

Deep red colored blisters began to show on the chest of the Crusher as an after effect of all of chops he sustained by the challenger. Once again The Champ came this close again to defending his title after Rikidozan came off the ropes into a wicked slingshot, but again The Crusher could not hold his opponent down for three. The two continued to battle and the end came when Rikidozan caught the Crusher with a wicked knee strike in the corner which set up a picture perfect piledriver sticking the Milwaukee native right on the top of his head in the center of the ring for the three count."

A NEW MIDWEST CHAMPION HAS BEEN CROWNED....THE CELEBRATION HAS BEGUN IN JAPAN AS RIKIDOZAN AND HIS MANAGEMENT GROUP CELEBRATED IN THE RING FANS IN SHOW OF RESPECT THREW IN STREAMERS AND CHEERED...WHEN SUDDENLY....

DAVEY BOY SMITH

CAME TO RINGSIDE TO THE CHEER OF THE FANS. THE BRIT SHOWED THAT HE DOES INDEED HAVE A WORLD CUP OF WRESTLING CONTRACT..HE IS THE FINAL ENTRANT INTO THE TOURNAMENT!
