I do a non-storyline in my GWF sorta. Storylines are running (The Main Ones) But I focus on the wrestling match itself.

What happened to putting a match on. getting a feeling that causes you to maybe say hey these guys should feud, this dude needs a title shot. It's really about enjoying the game. not rocket science. I have storylines intertwined with my stuff, when a match ends soemtimes in a double and I look at it and say that could be a great feud and I make it so... I did this with the face Brad Armstrong who was facing Liger and I rolled doubles and Armstrong lost via DQ and so he attacked Liger and injured him and so that storyline and feud began with Armstrong turning heel so the dice created that storyline for me...

I agree, Dennis.
If you're not allowing the dice to create the storylines, good luck with that!

From time to time I play a style where I am the Chairman of the Championship C ommittee of a promotion where the "World's Champ" is a touring Champ and goes from "territory" to Territory and takes on the top contender. You can set up a "Weeks" worth of matches or do just on defense a week what ever and "move around" taking on a different set of challengers every week. I like doing the "record keeping" for my fed, so I can pick it up when I wnat, and keep track of it so I an go back and do a more "traditional" style fed for a while or what ever. I just recently went back to a storyline based fed (One I will hopefully start posting here) and when I left off, Kamala with Kevin Sullivan as his Manager had taken the World's Championship form Bret Hart about three Weeks ago, and Manny Fernandez and Rhino with Gary Hart were the tag team Champions.

I had another thought on this subject, something I've been tossing around in my mind for a few months. What about setting up a league. Pick 10-12 Cities to be thenhome base for "frnchises" then each frasnchise drafts a certin numbner of Hevyweights, juniors, and tag teams . And then each week the frnchises faceoff against each other in a dual match format with which ever team wins the most matches wins the "tournament" for that week and then moves on.

Another fun thing to do is to have friends draft talent to rival companies. There can be trades, drafts, inter-federation play. LOW is a fantastic way to get friends together!
