Tonight, I attempted to print out the cards for POW Prophecy 2123 and ran into a strange problem that I could not solve, no matter what I tried.
Let me first make clear that I have been able to print the original POW pdf set, as well as aCe 2121 with no problems at my home printer. However, tonight, no matter what I set my printer properties to, including default, no page scaling, borderless photo, shrink to fit area settings and several combinations of all of the above, the card backs continually got cut off; this cut off eliminated the weight class deliniation as well as took some of the picture from the card back. In all, it just looked awkward and strange, and of course, cut off.
So, I'm wondering a) has anyone else who might be home printing run into this? and b) Does anyone have a possible solution for this? I know it doesn't effect gameplay, but I'm a bit obsessive about this kind of stuff (it's my life to be) and I'm really looking for some help.
Thanks!

I ran into the same issues at home but when I selected "shrink to fit" it printed the whole card.
Did you try restarting your system & then re-opening the file & trying "shrink to fit" again? The system should resize the document no matter how large to fit into one page for printing.
Hope that helps!

I mentioned to Knapik that I had the bottoms of the card fronts not being printed, but I was able to get all the card backs. I'm going to try on a different printer and see if that clears it up.

I ran into the same problem. I've tried printing it at home, and at work, and took it to a local printshop. When I took it to the printshop, when they printed it, it cut off the bottom, and the backs weren't aligned with the fronts. When I tried printing it out at home and work, it cut off the sides and bottom. When I checked out the print preview, it showed the edges in gray, and then didn't print them. I couldn't, for the life of me figure out what else I could do. I ran into the same problem with aCe Dark Tides.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix whatever is going on. I don't print from home (I got to a store), so I haven't encountered any of these problems.
The problem - from what I have been told - is that most home printers aren't equipped to 'bleed' print (or print all the way to the edge of the paper). An automatic margin is set up (1/4" to 1/2")... either the printer will "shrink to fit" printable area or - if you choose to not let the printer mess with the margins (Vista set the margins to '0', others set it to 'None' I think) it will print out as it should (8.5 x 11) but there will still be a margin as your printer may not be equipped to handle it.
Like you, I don't play online... I like to print stuff out. So it bothers me that even though mine are printing fine, others are having issues. I'm going to play around with some things and see if I can come up with a solution.
@ Trav - I would suggest trying a different print shop. If you look at the files, they are lined up perfectly, so the fact that they're weren't aligned and parts were cut off is most likely an error on their end. The only thing that should be wrong (as far as printing is concerned) is the margins in effect on the sides. Have you printed another file (4 per page) before and it printed alright? in full 8.5 x 11 with no margins on the side?

From my understanding, here are the options:
1) We have 4 per page. Home printing will cause margins on the sides.
2) We do everything 1 per page. It's a pain, but these printing concerns won't be an issue.
I'm willing to put in the work to change them to 1 per page if that will make everyone happy.

Well, I was going to put in a request for this for any subsequent pdf sets (from any fed), but if you are willing to do the work on setting them 1 per page, then I am more than willing to wait for it.
With Eliath's advice, I'm pretty sure I figured out how to print everything completely, albeit at a slightly reduced size and with white margins. But, POW 2122 was the first set I printed and was set 1 to a page and, out of all of the things I've printed at home, had the best results.
It's a bit of a waste of paper, and definitely a pain for a formatter, but I, for one, am definitely willing to wait however long it may take you to format a 1 card per page set. Whatever route you decide to go, thanks for taking the time to format these at all.
And Trav, you should definitely check out a different print shop if you can. Sounds like unfortunately you stumbled across some pretty bad amateurs.

I too would love to have the 1 per page, high quality format back. I think it was a mistake to take it away from all the other formats that were already existant on CotGOnline (previous releases) because the 4 per page ones uploaded there now are not good quality for printing.

You're talking about the 4-per-page file for POW 2122, right?
