I'm going to to restart this legends fed and hopefully can get into a groove with this one. The first two cards will be my version of Starrcade that I rolled this weekend and will crown the first-ever Legends champion. The TV portion will start after Starrcade. Buddy Rogers vs The Destroyer

Legends TV presents Starrcade
Card #1 --In the opener, Antonio Inoki takes down Johnny Valentine w/ the ENZUIGIRI. -- Nick Bockwinkel over Jim Londos w/ the BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER in a great match. -- Buddy Rogers def. The Destroyer in a 'Battle of the Figure-Fours' w/ the FIGURE-FOUR GRAPEVINE. -- Bobo Brazil over Bruiser Brody w/ a Big Hammer Punch. However, an angry Brody jumped Bobo from behind after the match w/ his steel chain. Brody pounded on Bobo until the popular star bleed buckets as Stan Hansen guarded the ram-way by cracking his bullwhip. Finally, a host of wrestlers were able to break through and save Bobo. -- Harley Race survives the FIVE-STAR FROG SPLASH before putting Rob Van Dam away w/ the PILEDRIVER. -- Jack Brisco over Iron Sheik w/ an Assortment of Suplexes. -- Giant Baba drops Gorgeous George in a one-side bout w/ the NECKBREAKER DROP. Not even the efforts of Cherie Dupree could stop the Baba train. -- Da Crusher over 'Dirty' Dick Hutton after Hutton smacks Crusher w/ a pair of brass knux to earn the DQ. |

Cool to see Inoki and Baba in action - two guys that unfortunately will probably never see the color treatment... Also enjoyed the Battle of the Figure Fours between Nature Boy and The Destroyer... Fun kickoff show!

Legends TV presents Starrcade: Night #2
Card #2 -- Antonio Inoki moves on w/ a win over Nick Bockwinkel, winning w/ the ENZUIGIRI. -- Buddy Rogers takes advantage of an injured Bobo Brazil, pinning the popular star after a Jumping Knee Smash. --In a hard-hitting bout, Giant Baba survives against Da Crusher, winning w/ the NECKBREAKER DROP. -- Jack Brisco takes a hard-fought win over his perennial nemesis, Harley Race w/ the ROLLING REVERSE CRADLE. --in non-tournament action, The Fantastics battled The Sheepherders to a DDQ. --- Buddy Rogers and Antonio Inoki put on a clinic, eventually won by Rogers w/ the FIGURE-FOUR GRAPEVINE. Rogers advances to the main event. -- Jack Brisco advances to the finals over Giant Baba after rolling Baba up w/ the ROLLING REVERSE CRADLE. Great bout that is one of the best matches I've rolled in a long time. Brisco finished w/ 6 tokens and Baba w/ 5 as Jack survived multiple NECKBREAKER DROPS and Baba's legs were shot after multiple FIGURE-FOUR LEGLOCKS as well. --In non-tournament action, Steve Williams/Terry Gordy over Barry Windham/Blackjack Mulligan in a hard-hitting, brutal match after Gordy drops Mulligan w/ the BAMM BAMM SLAM. -- Main Event: Legends HW Championship: Buddy Rogers def. Jack Brisco w/ the FIGURE-FOUR GRAPEVINE to win the tournament and become the first-ever champion. Harley Race had a hand in Rogers' win as he caught Jack on the outside and slammed his knee into the ring post. With Rogers distracting the referee, Race continued to work over Brisco's knee w/ an Indian Deathlock until Jerry Brisco chased Race from ringside. Back in the ring, Rogers locked on the FFG and proudly strutted around the ring with the Legends title held high to a loud chorus of boos from the fans. |

Episode #3 ---In the opener, Jerry Brisco takes a hard-fought win over Scott Casey. Brisco rallied after Casey dropped him w/ the BULLDOG and goes on to hit the Oklahoma Side Roll for the win. ....The Brisco's are interviewed after the match....Jack promises to make Harley Race pay for interfering in the Legends championship tournament finals....Jack tells the champ not to get too comfy with that belt because he's gonna take it very soon.... --- The Sheepherders over 2 Cold Scorpio/Marcus Alexander Bagwell after they drop Bagwell w/ the DOUBLE GUTBUSTER. The Sheepherders toss Scorpio over the top rope and continue their beatdown on Bagwell post-match. The Fantastics race out as the Sheepherders bail from the ring. --- Gorgeous George w/ Cherie Dupree over Al Snow w/ a series of ROLLING HIPLOCKS. ....Buddy Rogers is out and introduces his new manager....The manager of champions, Bobby Heenan....Rogers and Heenan recount Rogers' run through the tournament; comparing it to a hot knife cutting through butter....They verbally berate Jack Brisco, telling him to get to the back of the line as he isn't worthy of a title shot....But, in good faith and extending an olive branch, Rogers will defend his title against Jerry Brisco in two weeks.... --- Main Event: Da Crusher takes a DQ win over 'Dirty' Dick Hutton after Ted DiBiase blasted Crusher with his LOADED GLOVE. Afterwards, Dibiase and Hutton announce the formation of their new faction, the Rat Pack, and are looking for a third member to join the Pack. ....Coming up on Episode #4....
