CARD 80: WWA:
*The Grappler b. Dutch Savage, loaded boot (**1/2). Grappler uses underhanded methods for the win!
MAIN EVENT: Bob Backlund (c) vs. Gorgeous George for the WWA World Heavyweight Championship. Bob Backlund (2nd defense) b. Gorgeous George, Atomic Drop (**1/2). George did his usual chicanery upon entering the ring, trying to get the champ off his game. But Backlund had none of it, and dispatched the Human Orchid without too much difficulty. Freddie Blassie was in attendance tonight, watching it all attentively...
CARD 81: GWF:
*Ventross b. Paragon, running knee drop (****). Good bout, between top contenders! Ventross shows he's deserving of a title shot fans!
MAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) vs. DragonMaster for the GWF World Heavyweight Championship. Godsend (2nd defense) b. DragonMaster, Hell's Threshold (**1/4). DragonMaster was just not able to sustain much in the way of offense, and Godsend...ahem...certainly cut some corners fans to retain the belt! Boo! Boo!
CARD 82: AAW:
*Max Shield b. Bismarck, Omicron Force (**). Shield shows he's in top form, as he dispatches the German Bismarck with relative ease.
MAIN EVENT: Ric Flaireon (c) vs. Lazer, AAW World Heavyweight Title. Ric Flaireon (2nd defense) b. Lazer with his patented leglock to retain the title (**1/4). Fans were hoping for a bit more out of Lazer this evening, but our champion frustrated them at every turn. Good rivalry between these 2, with Flaireon holding the upper hand in this one!
CARD 83: GWF:
*Lord Nexus Jr. b. Calamity, Apex (***1/2). Good bout, between 2 rivals! Calamity looks like he could be a contender fans, and Lord Nexus, Jr. shows he always is!
MAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) vs. Thantos for the GWF World Heavyweight Championship. Godsend (3rd defense) b. Thantos after a missed deathjump on Thantos's part to retain the GWF World Title (**1/2). Thantos was coming on strong when he decided to go for the high risk maneuver, only to bomb out when he missed! Should've stayed on the mat Gamemaster! Good bout though, albeit short, and there was good heat between them!
COMING UP: The action just continues to get hotter, as we'll see Bob Backlund defending his WWA strap against rival Great Gama, Ric Flaireon taking on Pride for the AAW Title, as well as Flaireon having scheduled defenses against Iowa Joe Olson and Harris (of GWFZ fame). Stay tuned fans!

Really enjoyed seeing some of the Future Shock characters in action during this latest installment... Can Ventross counter Godsend's underhanded tactics? Or is he destined to fall before the Fiend of the Fifth Realm?
Fun stuff, as always!

(Joint Promotions proudly announces the NWA has joined the fold as the newest member of the Joint Promotions umbrella of feds. This promotion will feature Legends of Wrestling bootleg characters, and has been in existence for a little while already, outside of the JP tent. Looking forward to spotlighting these great bootlegs in their own fed!)
CARD 84: WWA
WWA World Tag Team Championship: Antonino Rocca & Ilio DiPaolo (c) (2nd defense) b. Buddy Rose & Doug Somers, double dropkick (**1/2). This has been a good feud fans, and seems to have been settled for now...but no feuds ever truly die in Joint Promotions!
MAIN EVENT: WWA World Heavyweight Championship. Great Gama b. Bob Backlund, Gama Throw (**1/4). And we have a nnnnneeeeewwww WWA World Champ ladies and gentlemen! Gama owns....let me repeat that...OWNS Backlund so far, and once again, just dominated Backlund in this match. Will Backlund ever be able to solve the riddle of Gama??
CARD 85: AAW
*The Champ b. Stellar Nexus, FU (**1/4). Good little feud, with Nexus as heel. The Champ continues to position himself for another World Title shot!
MAIN EVENT: AAW World Heavyweight Championship. Ric Flaireon (c) (3rd defense) b. Pride, shoulder tackle (***). Good bout, wish it would've gone a little longer, as it was starting to roll. Pride could lay claim to the mantle "Mr. AAW", but hasn't had as much success in singles aciton in a while.
CARD 86: AAW
MAIN EVENT: AAW World Heavyweight Championship. Iowa Joe Olson DQ Ric Flaireon (c) (4th defense) (**3/4). Temper, temper Mr. Olson! Action heated up when the 2 went to Fist City outside of the ring, and the referee decided Olson went a little too far! Flaireon's happy, as he keeps the belt!
CARD 87: AAW
MAIN EVENT: AAW World Heavyweight Championship. Ric Flaireon (c) (5th defense) b. Harris of GWFZ fame, Flair Blitz leglock (**1/2). The unorthodox Harris proved no real test to the champ this evening!
CARD 88: NWA
NWA World Tag Team Championship: Minnesota Wrecking Crew (c) (2nd defense) DQ Mr. Wrestling I and II (**). This feud continues to boil, as there has not been a clean decision yet...but plenty of fisticuffs!
MAIN EVENT: NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Bruno Sammartino (c) (6th defense) b. Ric Flair, knee to side of head (****). This was a return bout, and boy did it not disappoint fans! These two went at it tooth and nail, until Sammartino's crushing blow nearly k.o.'d the challenger! Good bout, good feud!
COMING UP: The action just keeps getting hotter in the member feds of Joint Promotions fans! Will Ric Flaireon ever relinquish his AAW crown? Can Backlund ever figure out the Great Gama? Stay tuned...

CARD 89: GWF*Total Anarchy b. Lord Nexus, Jr., Gehenna's Gate (**1/2). Bitter rivals, bitter battle, but truth be told, Anarchy was clearly superior this evening. MAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) (4th defense) b. Star Warrior, Hell's Threshold (**1/2). Solid, if unspectacular match between 2 historic rivals who have proven they can go on any given occassion. Godsend holds the upper hand in this one, and once again, delivers a well-timed low blow...how do the referrees keep missing this??? CARD 90: GWFMAIN EVENT: Infinity DQ Godsend (c) (5th defense) (**1/4). Match had just gotten off the ground when the action spilled outside of the ring, and the two went to Fist City! CARD 91: GWF
MAIN EVENT: Adam Blast DQ Godsend (c) (6th defense) (**1/2). One thing's for certain...Godsend is not afraid to get disqualified! And as it keeps the belt, would say he's all for it! The popular Blast did get in some good offense while it lasted, showing he's the real deal! CARD 92: GWFMAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) (7th defense) DQ Wolf (**). This time, it was our champion on the receiving end of some shenanigans, as Wolf decked our champion with a chair shot outside of the ring. While Godsend kept the belt, the fans were plenty happy at seeing him get clobbered! CARD 93: GWFMAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) (8th defense) b. Adam Blast, Kingdom Come (***). Good bout, wish it had gone a tad longer, but fairly even in terms of offense. The fans were clearly on the side of Blast in this one, as he tried to gain revenge from Card 91. Alas, it wasn't to be, as our champion kept his hijinks to a minimum, and wrestled a mostly technical bout, emerging with an impressive win! COMING UP: Well, Godsend is certainly settling in as GWF champion, and may indeed be looking at a lengthy run as king. We'll next turn our attention to the WWA, as we'll see Great Gama defending against Bob Backlund's good friend, "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan (well...friend in my universe at least!). We'll also check out the action in AAW as well, as champion Ric Flaireon takes on The Champ!

CARD 97: AAW
*AAW World Tag Team Championship: Twin Telepathy (7th defense) DQ Jade Dynasty (**). Good feud developing between these 2 factions!
MAIN EVENT: The Champ b. Ric Flaireon, champion clutch (**1/2). Well, World Champions are dropping like flies these days, and we have a nnnnneeeeewww AAW World Heavyweight champion as well! The Champ demolishes Flaireon, capturing the World Title yet again!
CARD 98: AAW
MAIN EVENT: Stellar Nexus DQ The Champ (1st defense) (**1/2). Match disintegrated into a Pier 6 brawl quickly, as the 2 went to Fist City early. Nothing resolved between these 2 bitter opponents!
COMING UP: More torrid Joint Promotions action approaches fans, as we will see AAW champ The Champ defend against TroyBoy, and we'll visit the GWF scene by checking in on Scion Nexus as he defends against Godsend! Stay tuned!
