Not sure if this is a spoiler or not....but how old must Commander Sam and Lord Nexus be by now? Even if Sam was 18 in 2074, that would make him like 80 years old! I know future science and medical help must be better and all, but shouldn't they be retiring soon? The GWF has a rich history. Pulsar, Rising Sun, and Tristan are sitting on the couch waiting on the call lol. Sam reminds me of an old coach who's life is the sport & won't retire until they force him out

As I do every year I created a one sheet of the current Roster and a breakdown of the Feuds listed in the handbook. If you'd like a copy you can get it HERE.

Well let’s take a look at this ... his first card is 2074 and in 2087 he looks old. Let’s be nice and say he’s 40 there. We just hit the 50th edition and that would put him in his 90s. I personally retired him in 2095 and haven’t brought him back. Not a big fan of his. Massif on the other hand was a big fan and enjoying his run. This is his last year before I move him to officiating full time. He’s had a good run but never got the top title. Last couple years had really hot feuds with Lord Nexus, Killer Queen and King Lear in the last three years and has won sudden death feuds with all three successfully ending their careers. This year he is slowly becoming this sheriff like figure taking down rule breakers in his final run. That being said I don’t expect too much more out of his career as I expect him to be the head official to the end of his run for me. I agree he would be in his 90's. But I got grief for making Moonlight, Genghis Kahn's great granddaughter. What do I know?

Something tells me the Future Shock members in the CWF are going to be there for the long haul. There's nothing that really denotes that Guardian had any power there, and given that Godsend had to travel through dimensions to be able to effect them, I think the Guardian plays by those same rules.
That and I believe the full title of that series is "Future Shock: Centra Wrestling Federation."

Even though I'm not playing much COTG these days, I could not help but grab the new set online... Of course, I'm disappointed that Coven Black is no longer active, but I'm confident that Necros and Sinful will find our lost Vampire Brother again... The Chameleon Creatures have a really unique mechanic and I always enjoy seeing what kind of creative twists TOM will institute into each new game edition... And despite not having a finisher, I expect The Basilisk to cause some serious problems for a number of characters... Gonna give the term "Loose Cannon" a whole new meaning... The rebirth of the Royal Court is also really fun - Personally, I like how similar the COTG universe is to a comic book universe - with characters getting rebooted with similar images and personalities to past favorites... Tank and Climber received impressive updates, even though I still don't like the latter's name - Just a notch above Faller in my books... The relationship between Endgame and Cosmic Woman should be interesting to watch... I'm kinda seeing those two as the characters played by Will Smith and Charlize Theron in Hancock... Wondering if their combined presence in a single reality might eventually lead to their own destruction... Just a thought... If (or most likely when) I start playing this brand again, I'm 99.9% certain it will be a non-canon fed... I tried my hand at running an accelerated canon fed in the past, but my progress kinda got derailed and I just couldn't find the motivation to breathe any life back into it... That being said, I'm confident that all the wrestler cards that were introduced in Origins 2136 would eventually find a place in my own plane of existence... All I need now is for The Phenomenal One to make his highly anticipated debut to make Shayne realize the GWF is the House that AJ Built!

Ok, got a question that may not truly be on topic, but to actually answer it there might be spoilers revealed..
In my “modern” fed, I am about 5 game years behind. Is 2136 a good “kickoff” year? Or would I be better served to push through the other 5 sets?
Thanks
Chris
