I'm sure some games can work online, but I can't imagine how you could do a miniature game like Warhammer online.

I found just 3 board games and the First Exposure playtesting that i'm interested in but sadly all the D&D rpg sessions that I looked into the info for runs on Roll20 while my local gaming group used Fantasy Grounds so far no RPGs are being considered.

My groups have converted to roll20 ... I used fantasy grounds a few times but it seems like everyone on roll20. Wife runs Mondays, another friend Tuesdays and I run Wednesdays ... all on roll20. Funny my DM reviews have gone up on roll20 with the journal feature as I put a lot of work into that.
Working from home has been awesome ... play my fed or prep my D&D game in the mornings, afternoon much busier lol ... I don’t ever wanna go back to the workplace lol.

I'm not as knowledgeable on stuff like platforms as my one friend who normally runs things but on our discord channel as we talked about this he mentioned people being disgruntled on roll20 and whatever issues there were on there last year. I think we used to use Roll20 ourselves but it wasn't recent enough for me to remember if we had or not.

I'm sure some games can work online, but I can't imagine how you could do a miniature game like Warhammer online. Actually...some places have used tabletop simulator since the pandemic! The group I play with normally used it until we decided to throw caution to the wind and host games at one another houses! I host every third week with Necromunda but we have 40k, Age of Sigmar, Bloodbowl, etc split amongst everyone... Granted, we take precautions like hand sanitizer and if you travel anywhere previous week or don't feel well- you let ppl know and stay home that week. We do it safely and still keep our distance as much as possible.

It's free but I'm not sure what I'll actually do. I'll participate in some form.
