I went in to roll out some cards last night and I can't connect. Tried again today (about noon pacific time) and still can't get in.....anyone else having an issue?

Weird....I keep getting this: This site can’t be reachedwww.cotgonline.com took too long to respond. Try:
Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I tried on Chrome and on Edge....it was working fine last night and then just crashed....anyone know who the tech support person is for the website?
I've tried clearing browsing data/cache/etc. etc.
*edit* it's not working on my phone or other laptop either unless I turn off the wifi.....I guess I'll be googling to see if I can find a fix.

It's something with the google wifi. I just spent 2 hours on the phone/chat with a support person only for him to give up and he's going to send it up the line to a "specialist" to see what the problem is.
So frustrating!!

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago... I also have Google wifi. It would work on 4g, but not on wifi. All of a sudden it started working the next day. No idea what the issue was.

I’ve been having a lot of issues lately. It’s like the server will stop working. It’ll take about 20 minutes and then I’ll get a message from the website that says I’m blocked from the server. I’ll try a few minutes later and then it’ll be fine

I was there tonight for a couple hours, no problems at all. I dunno, could be just internet providers having glitches? I have that a lot with my service.

it just started working again randomly last night, so I got to roll out some cards (I was using my phone with no wifi for a while). I just hate that the tech support just seems to make things worse. Now my internet speed is running about 10% of what it was, so the Comcast guy is gonna come take a look tomorrow. No fun!
