{Promoterβs Note: This is my 833rd consecutive day for posting fed results on this board.}
It is time to start the evening session of Day 4 of the VIU Cup!
VIU Cup Day 4 presented by VWA evening (First Half of show)
- commentators: Ian Riccaboni and Todd Keneley
Match #1: ROV Tag Team Champions Young Bucks (accompanied by "Hangman" Adam Page) defeated VWA Tag Team Champions Brisoces in a Final Four match
- A good match, the Young Bucks won when Nick Jackson pinned Jay Briscoe following MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.
- As a result, the Young Bucks have advanced to the Finals.
Match #2: Ringkampf defeated ROE Tag Team Champions Aussie Open in a Final Four match
- Ringkampf eliminated last year's VIU Cup winners Aussie Open when WALTER pinned Mark Davis via a POWERBOMB.
- As a result, it will be the Young Bucks vs Ringkampf in the Finals!
Match #3: VCW Champion Nick Gage defeated ROV TV Champion Jon Moxley in a Special Attraction non-title deathmatch
- Shortly before Gage and the Second Gear Crew take on Moxley and 44OH! in a Wargames deathmatch at the next VCW show, Gage won this singles deathmatch via a CHOKEBREAKER.
End of First Half. Second Half and the conclusion of the VIU Cup is next!

I can only imagine the bloody mess Mox and Gage was. Can't wait to see who comes out on top between Ringkampf and the Bucks. The tournament has been superb throughout. Stellar work, Vegas!

VIU Cup Day 4 presented by VWA evening (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #4: VWA Womens Champion Kylie Rae defeated ROC Womens Champion Angelina Love (accompanied by Mandy Leon)
- This match was for the VWA Womens Championship.
- Rae won via a cannonball to retain the VWA Womens Championship.
Match #5: Nigel McGuinness defeated VWA Champion Kevin Thorn (accompanied by Shelly Martinez)
- It appeared that Thorn was on the verge of retaining the VWA Championship but then McGuinness's fellow VWO members Tyker Black and Kevin Steen from ROV- who were here at VWA as participants in the VIU Cup before being eliminated earlier today- interfered which led to McGuinness winning this match via a Tower of London.
- As a result, Nigel McGuinness is the new VWA Champion.
Match #6: Ringkampf defeated ROV Tag Team Champions Young Bucks (accompanied by "Hangman" Adam Page) in the VIU Cup Finals.
- A good Finals match. The Bucks controlled most of this match and did most of the damage but it was not enough to keep down WALTER and Timothy Thatcher. The end came when WALTER pinned Matt Jackson via a POWERBOMB.
- As a result, Ringkampf wins this year's VIU Cup.
End of Second Half. End of VIU Cup.

An excellent way to end the tournament. Good wins for Kylie and Nigel there, and love that Ringkampf are the cup winners

Yay, called it. Also congrats to Rae and McGuiness on their big wins. Good call, my friend... Have to agree that it was tough going against WALTER, but I will always remain loyal to the OGK. Too bad my Vampire brother dropped his title... VWO shenanigans!

The VIU Cup was nothing short of outstanding and I'm psyched to see one of my bracket picks, Ringkampf, come away with the victory! I was worried about them facing the Young Bucks, their tag skills are well represented on their cards, so it makes the victory even more impressive for WALTER & Timothy Thatcher. Not to be left out, congrats to Nigel McGuinness on becoming the new VWA champion as well.
