What? No love for Omega... Ha! Actually, I don't expect him to remain active for very long... Just gotta see how fast I can reasonably bring the Invasion characters into the mix... Many thanks for staying tuned! Actually quite the opposite... I am playing with Omega in my Classic fed and he is a 2X champ! Buut...he is suffering from hanging around too long. Can't wait to see more results as this is my fav era in the GWF! Now I have to decide on a write up or just results for the next round of the BHB...whatcha think? Go with your gut! You're into the semifinals now, so maybe brief summaries would be kinda cool... One aspect of not remaining strictly canon that I greatly enjoy is being able to retire certain wrestlers earlier... Omega falls into this category as I expect 2087 will be the last year he sees regular action inside the ring for me. Should have the next show posted shortly!

GWF LiveWire (episode #4) Matrix Theater 2087-02-08
Commentary: KO Keller and Mighty Grogan
Backstage: Killer Queen & Vanity - While Vanity was busy checking himself out in a mirror, Killer Queen appeared behind him. Vanity spun around, expecting a sneak attack, but Queen just smiled and asked if he was satisfied with his current situation. Instead of waiting for an answer, Queen walked away to allow Vanity to ponder the question.
Renegade defeated Exo-King via pinfall. - Renegade pinned Exo-King following a missed high risk move from the top rope. - Tokens: Renegade 1 - Exo-King held the advantage for most of this match, but a single mistake resulted in a flash finish.
Comrade Terror defeated Omega (w/ Commander Sam) via disqualification. - Omega was disqualified due to outside interference. - Tokens: n/a - Terror manhandled Omega while taunting Sam. It did not take long for Sam to lose his temper as he broke up a near fall by pouncing on Terror and delivering a series of heavy blows to the head. Security was needed to separate the two combatants.
Interview: Gladiators of Aethra - Brute & Massacre made no secret about wanting a rematch against the Greek Gods after losing their match at GWF Inception, as well as two separate encounters in singles competition. However, they were also eager to prove their dominance over a number of others as well. In fact, Brute said he would start next week by overpowering Massif in a head-to-head test of strength. Recalling the trouble that Wolf had with Massif just last week, Massacre indicated that anyone messing with the Gladiators gets DECAPITATED!
Lord Nexus, Pit Viper & Pulsar defeated Invincible Krakan, Ghengis Khan & Mutant via pinfall. - Viper pinned Mutant with a Titan Drop. - Tokens: Mutant 1 - Things immediately spiraled out of control as all six competitors started brawling and the referee simply counted the first fall that he witnessed without knowing who was legally in the ring. Viper managed to gain a measure of revenge by scoring the pinfall on Mutant, who scored a tainted win over the masked Titan on the last episode of GWF LiveWire.
Closing remarks: - Grogan and Keller remained certain that nothing had been settled between the Flying Titans and Society of Death as bad blood continued to boil between the rival factions. While Grogan openly wondered what would happen next, Keller announced the main event scheduled for next week's episode of GWF LiveWire - a no disqualification or count-out, Titan Death match between Lord Nexus and Invincible Krakan!

Glad to see the Titans win and Viper getting the pin. Terror winning by dq amuses me while it made sense. Nice win by Renegade there.

It was really cool that Viper managed to pin Mutant to end that wild six-man encounter... Especially after losing to Mutant on the previous show... And the DQ win for Terror adds some nice heat to his feud with Sam. Always appreciate the great feedback, my friend... Having a lot of fun getting back to the classics!

Fun show. Lord Nexus versus Invincible Krakan in a Titan Death Match should be wild and fun. I think I was only wrong on one match for my predictions, wasn't expecting Renegade to beat Exo-King. Anyway, great show.

Anyway, great show. Always appreciate the post-show comments, my friend... Even though I won't be making any conscious effort to maintain canon storylines, it just seems natural to have Nexus and Krakan embroiled in a feud at this point - especially with such a small roster... As things progress, I plan to let the dice dictate the ebb and flow of my angles... This will be the first Titan Death match in the history of my new fed! Stoked!

I Went 0 - 3..LOL Good show overall though. They were solid picks regardless... It would have been great to see Omega pull off the upset over Terror, but Sam had to get involved when things got heavy... Always appreciate the continued interest, my friend... Many thanks!
