Is there not an online pack with all 24 cards? Or is it the 4 packs separate? The online store page is a mess.

I don't believe there is one set. I think you have to buy all 4 25th anniversary sets separately.

Yeah, after all-night looking the "hard" way I could not find anything. Would be nice to have the 4 pieces in one, maybe with the Cuke and Red Talon to boot.
