I'd like a Titans team to feud with the Mercs myself. Psyclone is a really cool character, but I feel like he kinda got shoehorned in with Punisher & Tongsoon - No real sense of cohesiveness... What reimagined Titans would make the best fit as a trio? There’s a behind the scenes story about Psyclone. His original Chuck Carter drawing came during a time when Tom was strongly considering turning the Titans into the Hardcore Titans - a group of edgy Titans pushed to the edge by rule breakers. I can’t recall if Sudden Death was involved and the Titans win altered the idea or what happened, but the story never developed. We still got Payback, but the story changed to Nexus never being fully comfortable with the rowdy Titan. Looking back, it was probably the right decision since Lord Nexus remains the ultimate hero in the GWF today, the one guy to always play by the rules. So circling back to Psyclone, when he finally officially made it into the COTG universe, he came in as the alter ego to Payback - that full fledged hardcore Titan with no off switch and no regrets. Way too over the top for Lord Nexus, but perfect for Krakan and the Hitmen. I see Psyclone as a proud Titan but just as proud to be a hardcore hitman for hire. The Mercenaries and Psyclone are the original trios terror on Kronos. My current trips champs too. |

Personally I can grab cards from the entire history... I'd rather see all new cards of folks we never heard of more than I'd like to see old cards get new cards. More characters from X. More from the future. More from other feds we never heard of.

Eapecially seems how tournament of champions is coming soon and we know it will all b old cards getting new cards other than one new character right?

Battle Lines should not be confused with Tournament of Champions. We don't know what Swarm has in mind.

Awesome to see interest in this set growing. My best advice for newer players would be to get the previous Kronos cards (via promoter prime) now if you don’t already have them. You’ll need them. If you’re already a Kronos fan, you’re all set - the game edition you’ve been waiting for is coming this year. Prepare yourself now to try and unwrap what’s coming through that portal next.

These Kronos cards are awesome.
Honestly, some of my favorite CotG cards in my fed right now. (My fed is a mixed up mess of favorites. Not an ongoing "official" story or year.)
For example, Raven.
I found the original.. LAME. Hated him as a kid.
This Kronos version is if Brodie Lee (of AEW) mixed with Jon Snow of Game of Thrones. Bad Ass.
If you don't follow cannon or just like really sweet alternate versions..
I absolutely can't wait for more
