Say a pin save fails. Do you then allow a roll for manager interference Or do you roll the pin? Are multiple pin saves allowed per pin attempt?

I only allow one action by the opponent on a pin attempt. Either a distraction, interference or pin save. I don't do any combination of the three on any one pin attempt.

I allow a pin save after a failed distraction but usually not any other way unless it's a bitter feud.

Same for me... A single pin save or interference roll per PIN attempt... And I usually try to only use manager distraction rolls to prevent disqualifications.

I will allow a manager interference after a failed pin save on the same pin attempt sometimes. Not always. Maybe it's not realistic but this is wrestling and a lot can happen while the ref is going to start his count.

I will allow a Manager distraction/interference after a failed pin save, especially if it looks like it might be the end of the match.

I don't do anything. It is the dice. It's their world and I am just along for the ride.

I won't do two pin saves in a row, but if a pin save fails, I'll do interference (if the team hasn't used it yet, I only let a wrestler/team have 1 per match, which I believe is the rule anyway).

I follow this formula:
First I roll the pin/sub attempt.
If either is gonna definitely happen then I roll the managers distraction.
If that doesn't save the match then I roll managers interference - but only - if they have an actual interference chart (like say Kevin Sullivan's ROH manager card).
Otherwise if that doesn't save the match on that pin/sub attempt then I roll the pin save (if still applicable i.e. the offensive wrestler doesn't have to re-roll on offensive level 3 as a result of the interference attempt)
Once a manager has successfully distracted once and (provided they have their own interference chart) successfully interfered once, then the manager is done for the rest of the match.
And I only roll the pin saves when someone is definitely going to be pinned or submit.
Interesting topic!
