Texas Championship Wrestling- Card #1
Baron Von Raschke vs Hugh Morris. The Baron won this one pretty quickly with the Claw.
Paul Ellering is in the interview area: "I've already shown the world that I can take a pair of talented athletes to the pinnacle of our profession. Now I'll show the world what I can do with a complete nobody." DJZ comes out and acknowledges that Ellering is his new manager.
Biff Busick vs David Shultz. This was a wild one that saw "Dr. D" get Disqualified for using a steel chair. Shultz was injured and may not be able to wrestle for a while
The Love Brothers are in the interview area: Hartford: "We've been around this business enough to know that we need someone looking out for our affairs. Otherwise these disgusting promoters will rob us blind. I'd like to introduce you to our new manager, Larry Dallas!
Kane vs Mance Warner- Kane wins an incredibly hard fought match with the Tombstone. As Kane is leaving the ring, Warner knocks him through the ropes to the floor. As Kane is getting up, Warner keeps up the attack until David Manning convinces him to back off.
The Samoan Warriors vs The Midnight Express. The Express shows off their amazing teamwork and completely dazzle Afa and Sika before Eaton pins Sika with the Midnight Massacre
Jimmy Jacobs and Rich Swan vs Wani and DJZ. Wani falls victim to Jimmy Jacobs and Ellering is heard muttering to DJZ. "You don't need a partner. This man is not on your level. You need to be on your own."
Jumbo Tsuruta vs Gorilla Monsoon. The momentum changes hands several times during this match. Gorilla finally gets the Airplane Spin for the win.
Texas Tag Team Title: The Vachon Brothers (Champions) vs The Love Brothers. The Vachons won this one by countout.
World Title Match: Bruno Sammartino vs Mike Quackenbush. Bruno won this one with only a small amount of offense from Quackenbush.

Mid-South Championship Wrestling- Card #2
Owen and Bret Hart vs The Whisper and Pinkie Sanchez. The Harts never even let Pinkie tag out. Owen hits Sanchez with a Missile Dropkick for the win. Sanchez suffers an ankle injury. He'll be wrestling hurt for about 4 weeks.
The Rock vs Stevie Richards. The Rock wastes no time in beating Stevie with the Rock Bottom
Jimmy Hart is seen talking to Ivan Koloff in the locker room: Koloff: "Listen, stupid little man. If you keep harassing me about joining your stable, I'll feed you to my nephew."
Timothy Thatcher vs Razerhawk. Thatcher proves to Razerhawk that he should stick to tag team wrestling. Timothy wins with a Fujiwara Armbar
Jimmy Garvin struts into the locker room and informs everyone that they need to show respect to the best wrestler in the state of Texas. Jerry Lynn informs Garvin that he needs to learn to wrestle first. Garvin goes after Lynn but Jerry manages to hold him off. Steve Regal gets involved and they beat Jerry down before the other wrestlers break it up.
Adam Page vs Effy. Page is brutal in this match but Effy kicks out of the Rite of Passage 3 times before Page finally gets the win.
Dean Malenko and The Grappler vs Ivan and Nikita Koloff. Ivan is still angry that Jimmy Hart wouldn't leave him alone and he takes it out on Dean Malenko. As soon as the bell rings, Nikita distracts the referee while Ivan hits Malenko with the chain. As the official turns back around, Ivan hits the Russian Sickle for the win.
Mid-South Tag Team Title: Jimmy Garvin and Steve Regal (Champions) vs Too Cool. Regal wins against Christopher with the Ft. Lauderdale Leglock. Garvin gets out of the ring while Regal is still celebrating. Jerry Lynn blindsides Jimmy, rams his head into the turnbuckle and lands a Cradle Piledriver on the concrete floor! Garvin isn't moving. It looks like he's seriously hurt.
North American Title: Ken Patera (Champion) vs Redd Dogg. This match was very competitive with Redd Dogg nearly winning on several occasions. Patera finally pulled out the win with the Swinging Full-Nelson
World Tag Team Title: The Long Riders (Champions) vs John Studd and King Kong Bundy. The Long Riders won by Disqualification when Bundy tried to strangle Scott Irwin with a camera cable at ringside.

Georgia Championship Wrestling:
Pirata Morgan vs Lanny Poffo. Morgan dominated this match with Poffo only getting in a couple of moves. He ended it quickly with the Pirata Lock
Johnny Valentine vs Jaka. This was a match that most experts figured JV would dominate. Instead, Jaka gave Valentine all he could handle. Johnny finally won after he hit the Atomic Skull Crusher 3 times. Valentine was so frustrated with how hard it was to keep Jaka down that he continued the attack after the bell. He hit the Atomic Skullcrusher 2 more times before he finally went back to the locker room. Valentine suffered moderate injuries in this match., He'll wrestle hurt for about 6 weeks.
Flex Rumblecrunch vs Tyson Dux. Flex completely dominated Dux. Tyson didn't even throw a punch before falling to the Flying Shoulderblock
Alexis Smirnoff vs Koko Ware. "Sweet Brown Sugar" surprised his Russian opponent with a jumping elbow drop that resulted in a quick pin.
Eddie Gilbert vs Steve Austin: Eddie started of strong and Austin couldn't gain an advantage. "Hot Stuff" was finally disqualified when the official caught him using a foreign object.
Roddy Piper has decided to bring Piper's Pit back to wrestling fans everywhere. His first guest is "Stunning" Steve Austin.
Piper: "Man, you stink after a match. Next time we'll give you time for a shower!"
Austin: "Piper, don't think I don't know what kind of jackass you are. You pull anything on me out here and I'll kick your ass just like I kicked Gilberts."
Piper: "Awww...Is wittle Stevie worried about big bad Hot Rod?"
Austin: "Not even a little bit."
Austin glares at Piper until "Hot Rod" quietly closes the segment and walks away.
Georgia Tag Team Title: The Briscoes (Champions) vs TJ Perkins and Petey Williams. This was a tough match with both teams getting near pinfalls. The Briscoes were able to pull it out when Jay hit the Slingshot Lariat on Petey.
Georgia Title Match: Cody Rhodes (Champion) vs Ricochet. Richochet made Cody sweat, but the champion eventually wore him down and finished him off with Cross Rhodes.
World Title: Bruno Sammartino (Champion) vs Steve Corino. Sammartino dominated Corino and won with the Backbreaker Rack.

Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling Card #4
Jerry Lawler vs Demus: Demus starts out strong but get's Disqualified for kicking Lawler below the belt.
Lawler grabs the mic at ringside, while obviously wincing from the kick he just took. "I'm tired of people thinking they can take advantage of me! The next person who tries something like that is gonna feel some HEAT!
Jim Powers vs Latvian Proud Oak. Powers got in a few punches but Proud Oak hit him with two Baltic Edges for the quick win.
Christian and Vampiro vs Shawn Michaels and Hulk Hogan. This was a quick match. Michaels was counted out while fighting with Vampiro outside the Ring. Hogan is yelling at Shawn as they leave the ring. "You've gotta be smarter than that, brother. You can't let them sucker you into getting caught like that.
The Andersons vs The Gilberts. In the upset of the night, The Gilberts won when Tommy caught Ole with a surprise knee lift.
Ric Flair is in the interview area: "There's been a looonng line of men trying to ruin the Nature Boy's happiness! Mr. Saito...You're next up but I can promise you, after this match, you'll join the same long line asking 'what the hell just hit me?" and I'll be stylin' and profilin' on my way to show some lucky lady Space Mountain! Whoo!!!
Pepper Gomez d Brian Milonas in a tough battle with the Mexican Cradle
Ric Flair vs Mr. Saito. Flair lived up to the title "The Dirtiest Player in the Game" when he attacked Saito before the bell and took his knee out. The end of the match was just a formality after that. Flair continues the attack on Saito's knee as the referee tries to get him to back off.
Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Title: The Steiner Brothers (Champions) vs The Briscoes (Georgia). The Georgia tag team champions are visiting for a title vs title match. The Briscoes win a thrilling match to become the only multi title holders in the WTF! Mark Briscoe sustained a serious neck injury and the Briscoes may be forced to reliquish both belts.
Mid-Atlantic Title: Farmer Burns vs Rick Steamboat. In the best match in WTF history, Ricky Steamboat won the Mid-Atlantic title with the Diving Crossbody. Both men showed off their skill and absorbed a lot of punishment.

Southeast Championship Wrestling- January 4, Year One
In the Interview area: SoCal Val: I'm here to show all the men here my amazing...talent. and the first man who gets to see it up close and personal is Cheeseburger. With me in his corner he'll rise up the ranks in no time!
John Tolos vs Stan Lane- John Tolos attacked before the bell and hit a corkscrew on Lane. Tolos dominated until Lane hit a Russian Leg Sweep out of nowhere for the win. Tolos jumps Lane after the match and soon Steve Keirn and Chris Tolos are involved. Stan Lane hurt his neck and will wrestle hurt 4 weeks.
Tyler Black vs Paul London. Black blindsided London before the match started and quickly hit the Curb Stomp for the win.
Steve Keirn vs Eddie Edwards. Keirn dominated this one from the opening bell. He won after hitting two Flying Forearms.
The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff vs The Sheepherders. The Sheepherders trapped Sheik in their corner early and never let him get near Volkoff. They won when Butch Miller hit a Running Knee Smash on Sheiky Baby. The Sheeps continue the attack on the Sheik until Volkoff runs them off.
On the screen: A video plays showing Austin Idol training intensely with "Holding Out for a Hero" playing over the footage.
Curt Hennig vs Kerry Von Erich- Hennig attacks Kerry before the bell but Kerry's ready for him and counters with a knee lift and the discus punch for the quick win
Southeast Title: Austin Idol (Champion) vs Davey Richards. Richards was in control of most of the match, but Idol managed to grab the Las Vegas Leglock and he refused to let go until his hand was raised.
Southeast Tag Title: The Von Erichs (Champions) vs The Young Bucks. The Bucks took control early, but Kevin and David managed to use their teamwork to gain the advantage and the win when David locked Nick Jackson in the Iron Claw.
World Tag Team Title Match: The Long Riders vs The Masters of the Power Bomb. This was a wild match where all four men dished out brutal punishment. Scott Irwin took two Assisted Power Bombs and still wouldn't stay down. Sid was finally disqualified for hitting Scott with a chair.

WTF: Florida Championship Wrestling- January 6, week 1
Davey Boy Smith and Paul Orndorff d Ronnie Garvin and Danny Hodge. This was a quick but hard-fought match as Davey beat Garvin with a Running Power Slam. Tokens: 0
Dusty Rhodes and Magnum TA d Bobby Fish and Adrian Adonis. Fish and Adonis trapped Magnum in their corner. Dusty never even tagged in. Adonis locked in Goodnight Irene twice but Magnum managed to stay conscious and reach the ropes. Fish tried to finish Magnum off, but got a Belly-to-Belly Suplex for his trouble. Tokens: Magnum 5.
William Muldoon d Toshiaki Kawada in a match that saw both men absorb tons of punishment. Muldoon won a brutal contest with a double shoulder lock. Tokens: Muldoon: 5, Kawada 6.
Nick Bockwinkel d Bob Orton Jr. with the Figure Four Leglock after an amazing match. Orton hit Tricky Nicky with his cast twice but Bockwinkel managed to clear his head and get the win. Tokens: Orton 5, Bockwinkel: 4. Orton Suffered a knee injury. He'll be working hurt 12 weeks. Bockwinkel suffered a concussion. He'll be hurt about 14 weeks.
Jesse Ventura d Bad News Allen with the Body Breaker. Tokens: 3. Injuries: Bad News 9
Meng d Roman Reigns with the Tongan Death Grip. Meng jumped Reigns before the match ever started and locked in the death grip. Roman never stood a chance.
Florida Tag Team Title: Chris Jericho and Tiger Mask (Champions) d Dick the Bruiser and Crusher. The challengers kept Tiger Mask in their corner most of the match. He finally made the tag and Jericho cleaned house and locked in the Walls of Jericho on Dick the Bruiser. Tokens: Tiger Mask 4, Dick the Bruiser 1.
Florida Title: Bruiser Brody (Champion) d Steve Williams in a very tough match with the Jumping Knee Drop. "Doctor Death" showed where his reputation came from, but the legendary Brody was just too much for him. Tokens: Brody 3, Williams 2.

WTF: St. Louis=January 7, Year One
George Steele d Green Ant with the FLYING HAMMERLOCK +2. Tokens: Green Ant 2
As Fred Blassie and Gorgeous George are standing in the ring, Buddy Landel comes down and asks for the mic. “Y’know, I’m one of the greatest wrestlers in the sport today, but I have the privilege of sharing a locker room and this ring with the man who inspired me to become who I am. Gorgeous George, I think you’re the best wrestler I’ve ever seen and I’d like you to allow me to learn from you.”
George: “I’m a wrestler, young man, not a teacher. If you still need lessons, you need to go find a nursemaid to wipe your nose for you.”
Landel is furious and tries to attack George but Cherie Dupre sprays him in the eyes with the atomizer they use to disinfect the ring. Landel is screaming in pain as a ring attendant leads him away from ringside.
Gorgeous George d Fred Blassie with the SPINNING TOEHOLD (+1). George seemed to be thrown off by Buddy Landel’s antic before the match and Blassie grabbed the upper hand. Blassie bit George on the head multiple times and seemed ready to win the match until George managed to distract the referee so Cherie could spray him in the face with the atomizer. After that it was just a matter of time before George got the win. Tokens: George 4. Blassie 2.
George takes the mic as Blassie leaves the ring. “You people thought I could be distracted by a simpleton like Buddy Landel? I simply disposed of 2 nuisances tonight!
Rikidozan d Worker Ant with a HIPLOCK. Worker took control early, but Rikidozan gained the edge and finished him off quickly. Tokens: Worker 1, Rikidozan 1. Rikidozan landed awkwardly when he bodyslammed Worker Ant. He suffered a back injury and will work hurt for about 8 weeks.
Before the next match, Bill Watts comes out and announces that due to what happened earlier tonight, Gorgeous George will face Buddy Landel one-on-one in 3 weeks at The Chase.
Coast 2 Coast d The Freebirds. Buddy Roberts seemed to take his young opponents lightly. LSG started the match by hitting him with a pump kick and attilan slam. Then the tagged in Shaheem Ali who hit THE COAST BUSTER (+1) for the win. Tokens: 0
Animal d Rick Rude with a POWER SLAM. Both men showed off their tremendous strength but Animal was just a little stronger.Tokens: Animal 2, Rude 2
Jimmy Snuka vs Terry Gordy was pandemonium from the beginning. Gordy tried to attack before the bell but Snuka hit him with a headbutt. Snuka took control and went for the SUPERFLY LEAP (+3) but missed . Gordy took over and the match quickly went into the crowd. The referee finally called the match a Double DQ.
Missouri Tag Team Title: Matt Borne and Buzz Sawyer d The Flying Redheads in an amazing battle. Buzz and Borne were brutal. Buzz was lucky not to get caught choking Billy Red Lyons with his chain. Tokens: Borne 3, Sawyer 5, Lyons 3. Buzz suffered a back injury. He’ll be working hurt for 14 weeks.
Missouri Title: Tony Atlas (champion) d Hawk. This was a contest of strength unlike any we’ve seen in St. Louis before. Atlas and Hawk were evenly matched and it took a long time for either man to gain an advantage.Tokens: Atlas 4, Hawk 3

WTF- World Class- January 8. Year One.
In the locker room: Jumbo Tsuruta and Kane nearly get into an altercation leading up to their main event tonight.
Mance Warner and Biff Busick d The Samoan Warriors when Warner hit the LARIAT +1 on Afa. Tokens: Afa 3, Sika 3, Warner 1, Busick 2. Sika suffered an elbow injury and will be wrestling hurt for about 12 weeks.
The next match was supposed to be David Shultz vs Baron Von Raschke but Shultz is unable to wrestle due to his injuries. He is being replaced by Mad Dog Vachon.
Baron Von Raschke d Mad Dog Vachon with the CLAW HOLD (+2). Vachon started strong, but the Baron slipped on the claw before Vachon realized what was happening.
Reno Scum dominated The Hillbillies until Adam Thornstowe hit Cousin Luke with the Tombstone.
Before the next match, Stokely Hathaway comes to the ring and starts talking to DJZ who is about to wrestle. His current manager, Paul Ellering takes offense to this and all three men start to argue. DJZ looks between the two manager and punches.... STOKELY HATHAWAY. Then the throws him out of the ring and gets ready for his match.
DJZ vs Hugh Morrus ended in a double DQ. DJZ was so amped up from the confrontation with Hathaway that he took the match outside the ring immediately and both men were disqualified for disobeying the referee’s instructions to bring it back in the ring.
Mike Quackenbush d Rich Swann by DQ when Swan got frustrated and pushed the referee. Tokens: Swan 3, Quackenbush 2. Rich Swan suffered a head injury. He will be hurt up to 7 weeks.
The Midnght Express dominated the Love Brothers. They beat Reginald with the MIDNIGHT MASSACRE +3
Jumbo Tsuruta d Kane with the JUMBO BACKDROP +1. This was a very tough match, Jumbo’s advantage in agility made all the difference. Tokens: Kane 3.
Texas Title Match: The Destroyer (champion) d Gorilla Monsoon with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK +2. This was a tough match in which both men hit their finishers. Tokens: Destroyer 1, Monsoon 5.

January 9- Mid-South, Year One
Effy is in the ring complaining about how he never gets a fair shake in this business. Mademoiselle Rochelle comes down and offers to help him. He accepts and they leave the ring together.
Timothy Thatcher d The Whisper with the FUJIWARE ARMBAR. The Whisper jumped Timothy before the bell rang and that seemed to be the only reason this one was competitive. Tokens: Thatcher 2, Whisper 3.
The Superstars d Shynron and Josh Woods when Superstar II used a BACKBREAKER +3 on Shyrnon. Josh Woods never tagged in. Tokens: Shyrnon 2.
Pinkie Sanchez d Owen Hart with the BURNING SNICKLEFRITZ +1. Owen never could quite get on track because Pinkie seemed to have a counter for everything he did. Tokens: Owen 2.
Rollerball Rocco and Mil Muertes d Stevie Richards and Jerry Lynn when Rocco took Lynn down with a double-arm suplex. Tokens: Richards 3.
In the interview area: Ken Patera: Everyone knows I’m the strongest man alive and the toughest wrestler on the planet. Just look at these arms! The Rock has no chance of beating me for the North American Title tonight!
Ivan Koloff d “Hangman” Adam Page in a quick but intense match. Page attacked at the bell, caught Ivan off guard and hit RITE OF PASSAGE but Ivan got his foot on the ropes. Less than a minute later, Ivan hit a falling face slam for the win. Tokens: Ivan 1.
Dean Malenko d Effy w/ Mademoiselle Rachelle with the TEXAS CLOVERLEAF +2. Apparently a new manager didn’t help much. Tokens: Effy 2
In a fit of pique, Effy fires Rochelle and declares that he’s leaving this God-forsaken place to find an area where he’s appreciated.
Nikita Koloff d Bret Hart by disqualification. Nikita attacked Bret before the match, but Bret countered and took control. Bret lost his temper and took the match outside where he locked Nikita in a figure four leglock around the ringpost and refused to let it go. Tokens: Nikita 2. Nikita suffered a knee injury and will hurt for about 11 weeks.
Taped Interview: World Tag Team Champions: The Long Riders: Scott “We been going all over the world fighting people to keep these here belts. Ain’t been nobody who could touch us yet. Down in Louisiana they got Jimmy Garvin and Steve Regal as their champs. Chumps is more like it. When we come down there, they won’t even be able to stay in the ring with us.
North American Title Match: Ken Patera (champion) vs The Rock. The Rock won the match by countout, but the title cannot change hands on a disqualification.
